The pads had a beautiful scent which was very reassuring, knowing the odor would be hidden. The pads were very thin however could hold a great deal of liquid. I felt the length was perfect and the thinness of the pad made them unnoticeable under my clothes.

To be honest I was intimidated by the size of the pad but was pleasantly surprised at home comfortable it quickly became & didn’t feel like I was wearing anything. I felt safe & dry all day. Definitely recommend this product.

I have tried numerous period pads with no real success - I was never really confident UNTIL a close friend referred me to Always Discreet range - and wow! This product actually does all it claims. I am impressed. In the time I have used this amazing product, I have become an instant convert. I am totally happy with the product for for filling it's claims of odour control and constant feeling of dryness (important). I have not used a product that adheres to underwear so well and is of such high quality until now - well done and thank you Always Discreet, women needed a reliable brand/product like yours. I use the maxi night pads - great for even heavy leakage. There is a wide variety of pads/underwear for every sensitive bladder level and size. And they are ALL reasonably priced which is an added bonus.

The leakage I did experience whilst wearing the pads was immediately turned into gel and I did not feel ‘wet.’ I was very pleased with the performance of the pad :) I also like that you can wrap your used pad up in the new pad packaging and seal closed with the sticky tab.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the scent I suffer from mild bladder leakage caused by the medication I take for diabetes. During the night I wake several times to use the toilet. If I am in a deep sleep I sometimes leak before I wake or when I get up. These pads give me the peace of mind that I am not going to have to change my underwear during the night or wet the bed. Being so long I also don't have to worry about leaks at the back or front. I normally wear pads with wings as I find they stay in place better & don't scrunch up. These pads stick really well without wings & don't scrunch up. I love the scent which lingers even when I change to lighter (unscented) pad during the day.
