I did notice that it made a slight noise when walking, but I was really listening. I wasn't too keen on the fragrance, maybe if it did have a nice smell, I would like them more, but don't really like that scent. The fit was good and stayed in place well.

They felt bulky the first couple of times I wore them but I soon adapted to them. They are quite comfortable, have a nice scent and don't irritate the skin.

It’s probably because I have young children In pull ups but that’s what the reminded me of.. just adult ones.. due to having kids I can leak a little.., another thing to remind them of at their 21st s I use modibody underwear. These will be my 2nd choice should the need arise as they definitely do the job and hide our little secrets.

Pessary inserted has caused incontinence to be much worse, so now need assistance for that. This product is excellent for the times when I need an all day helper. At home I can often use a good pad, but I need extra protection when going out to help my confidence. These are excellent. A photo is not really appropriate.

The material is comfortable to wear. And it is discreet wearing under loose pants. The medium size is just for my usual size 10/12 waist but the padding area is a bit saggy. Not sure if it’s because I have the pants for the heavier leaks…

Quite comfy to wear, better than another brand I had trialled and reviewed. I would wear them day or night. Bottom bunches up a bit though, so I felt a bit weird thinking they might be noticeable. I pulled up higher and helped a little. Would be annoying if you had a smaller bottom, definitely for a bigger bottom than mine.

They have a lovely feminine look, feel and scent. Including a pretty bow print to determine front side, that is always a plus!. I feel they are discreet and very comfortable to wear. I personally still prefer liners to actual underpants currently. It is great to know that there are options out there to purchase for moderate to severe bladder leakage. Depending on certain days, I feel that Always Discreet Underpants are a great alternative to liners. I definitely recommend them.

My first thought was these look like adult nappies. I felt like I was wearing an oversized nappy with a sanitary pad . The length of the pad in the underpants I think was too big and bulky. The first one I wore I felt like I had a big bulky towel between my legs. The pants part was very comfortable. They were easy to pull up and down when I needed to go to the toilet. I have tried again a few more times thinking because it was new it might be better. No the same each time I wore them I still felt like I was wearing a nappy with this big bulky bulge. If you could use smaller liners they would feel so much more comfortable.

It certainly takes some getting used to but they did the job and I guess when it gets to that point in my near future I won't be too afraid to take that leap. In the meantime, I will stick to the bladder leaking product that I currently have.

It did feel bulky whilst wearing jeans but under shorts they felt fine. It had good leak control for light bladder leaks but I'd be concerned if there was more leakage. I did feel I had sweated in these which made me feel the breathing side was not as good as others. In the end my mother tried these and she felt they were not comfortable during the night as well.
