I have had to staple the straps to reattach them to the mask so many times, which then scratches my face! Just the action of putting one on causes the elastic to detach - so annoying. Waste of money. Softmed needs to do better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaply made - not happy The first mask I took out had no elastic on one side. The second one, the elastic snapped immediately when I put it on. The fit is bad and they are very thin. I do not recommend these at all and wish I could return them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and I want my money back Breaks extremely easily. Be careful extracting a mask, as it will break then. Better to rip open packet and carefully untangle. Elastic will snap without much pressure; if you take mask off for any reason, have spare mask ready.

Then, the size is big.. so doesn’t fit on the face properly.. last version of masks I got from this company were actually nice and fit nicely.. Also, the packaging is horrible .. so hard to get them out of the box. Disappointed with this product!

I bought the same Made in Australia ones, but now the quality seems to change completely. Such a shame cos’ it used to be a very good quality mask with great fit, now everything’s changed- color, fit and overall quality. So disappointed!
