As a shift worker getting up 3.30 - 4am eating that early in the morning isn't great. So I took plunge to buy this product ( 2nd day on it) keeps me satisfied so far, early days. Also have IBS (dairy big No for me). So far no issues with product. Also was on sale .

When mixed with the recommended amount of milk (almond milk for me) it is quite thick and a little bit chalky so I add some extra water and really shake it very well. It has a pleasant flavour, not amazing but pleasant.

Not sure if I recommend this as a meal replacement.

Good to have a plant based protein as an alternative to whey or animal based protein meal replacement shake. I found the choc one to be a little too sweet but that is me. You may like the taste. I tried the small sachet first before buying the bigger container to try.
