Directions

Wet your skin with warm water.
Take a pea-sized amount of the cleansing oil onto your hand.
Gently massage the product onto your wet skin - emulsifying the oil cleanser into a foam consistency and avoiding the area around the eyes.
Rinse well with water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, thoroughly rinse with water.

The product packaging and look really doesn’t do this product justice, to say the least. It really is understated! The cream to foam formula provides your skin that fresh clean feeling without stripping away natural oils. My skin really felt hydrated and soft after use despite how gentle it felt during cleansing. Used as part of my night routine as recommended and my skin has really been liking it over the last few weeks. Great for sensitive or problematic skin as this is PH balanced too. Easy to use and highly recommend!

I have been using this cleanser for the last month and it is really effective at removing makeup as well as gently cleansing my skin. The formulation is very unique and creates a gentle foam when massaging into the skin. This product removes all of my makeup, including eyeliner and mascara, with ease - no harsh scrubbing required! This cleanser leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated with no residual tightness. This is now my 'go to' face wash and I will continue to purchase again and again!

I'd you have used cerave products previously and didn't feel like it was doing a great job at washing your face because there's no foam, this product is the solution! I personally like the other cleansers which don't foam too but this one definitelt gives you that feeling it is working a tad harder to wash off residuals on your face. I love using it to wash my face in the morning. If you wear makeup, you would probably want to use a makeup remover first as I found this did not remove all the residuals of my foundation. Overall, I love the cleanser and can't fault it for the way my face feels after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this as part of my daily skincare routine (morning and night) for over a week now, and I can definitely say I can see/feel a difference in my skin! My pores have minimised and it’s been great on my dry skin. It hasn’t been flaky and it looks hydrated too. I love the creamy formula, and that it goes from cream to foam. I’m usually not a fan of cream cleansers because I feel they just slide off the skin, but because this foams up, I feel it’s actually cleansing the skin. It’s also great for removing makeup and easy to use because of the pump bottle. I would definitely recommend this, especially if you have dry skin!

I found this to be a great product for my normal skin to oily skin, as I didn’t find it to drying or rough and it didn’t strip my skin of its natural oils. It easily remove my daily makeup without needing to double cleanse and I enjoyed that it went on as a cream and turned into a foam when combined with water and lathered. The easy to use pump bottle allowed you to measure the amount you dispensed, and I found the bottle size itself was great value for money. Didn't leave my skin feeling tight, overall would recommend this product to anyone with normal skin.

I apply morning and night whilst in the shower or at the basin and it foams up beautifully into a luxurious lather and comes off without any effort. It is fragrance free and easily pumps out an appropriate amount for application. This cleanser not only leaves my skin feeling soft and supple, but also removes make up with no fuss whatsoever. My skin is dry and sensitive and adores this product, it doesn't leave any residue at all! I usually avoid a foaming cleanser as I find that they dehydrate my skin, but I am converted as this cleanser does not! I won't be living without this product again!

It is gentle on the skin and it removes the day/makeup really well. I usually double cleanse but when I use this product I find that I don’t need to do a double cleanse. It goes on as a cream and goes to foam as you rub it in. Usually I avoid foam cleansers as I’ve always felt they strip your skin and dry you out, but I found this to be super gentle and almost hydrating. I love that it is fragrance free too. Love this product and will definitely be keeping this as my go-to cleanser.

You can really feel how soothing the ceramides make this formula which is even more impressive considering it is a cream to foam cleanser. There's no sodium lauryl sulfate and you can tell - it feels luxurious during application and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple and most importantly, it cleanses really well - make up and all. It's such a pleasure to use that it makes me actually WANT to cleanse rather than it simply being a chore. With 236ml it is great value for money. I have found that a little bit goes a long. CeraVe describes this product as containing hyaluronic acid and providing 'all day hydration'. I'm sceptical that an ingredient has lasting effects like that from a product that you wash off. I suspect it does not break down your skin barrier and in that way maintains your skins hydration but hey I'm not a biochemist. Overall love the product!

I was a little bit skeptical at first, As someone with dry and dehydrated skin it can be so hard to find a cleanser that doesn’t dry my skin out and leave me tight, flaky and uncomfortable whilst actually taking off all of my makeup! I don’t feel like I need to double cleanse when using this cleanser either, it gets off absolutely everything. This has very quickly become a must have and one that’ll be a staple for me for a long time, would recommend to anyone and will absolutely be buying again. Also very keen to try other products in the range, I’ve heard excellent things about the other products and really hoping that they will also be suitable for my skin.

As someone who has very sensitive skin prone to reaction, I am pleased to say that this left me a happy woman! The formulation is unlike anything I have ever tried before with the cream quickly emulsifying into a soft foam when rubbed gently between the hands. It removes my makeup and impurities efficiently without stripping my skin and leaving it tight and dry. In fact, it left my skin feeling nourished. In a convenient bottle which will last me FOREVER due to the tiny amount of product needed to produce a lather, this CeraVe Cleanser will continue to have pride of place in my shower and be used as part of my nightly ritual for a long time to come, I'm sure!

So gentle on your skin, and is probably one of the only cleansers I've used that hasn't dried out my skin. I have very dry skin and this worked amazing for me and did the job. I recommend this to anyone, and the brand itself is very good. I use CeraVe moisturiser and it has completely changed my skin, i just love it. It's very cheap for the price, and i will be buying this again once i run out. I only use it here and there as i dont wear makeup, but when if i'm in a rush to go somewhere and need to freshen up my face before i head out, this is my go to. I wish it came in a bigger bottle though, but other than that, this is the perfect addition to your skin care routine and will leave your face feeling extremely nice. Even my mum loves it.

The CeraVe Hydrating Cream to Foam Cleanser very gentle and soothing on the skin, making my face feel very refreshed and revived. The cream cleanser feels really smooth at first adding water rubbing it between your hands it becomes foamy. It smells great and it feels very delightful on the skin! This product does exactly what it says on the bottle Cleanses, hydrates, and removes makeup without disrupting the protective skin barrier. My face felt very fresh and cleaned leaving it feeling really smooth. Definitely reccomend using the Hydrating Cream- to-Foam Cleanser in your morning makeup routine and before going to bed so you can wake up feeling fresh. 10/10

The CeraVe Hydrating Cream to Foam Cleanser is a really great cleanser! This cleanser is so gentle on the skin, yet it still gets the job done - leaving my skin squeaky clean! This cleanser is really smooth and silky to begin with and then once you rub it between your hands it becomes foamy and bubbly! It has a very pleasant smell and it feels very soothing on the skin! This product certainly helps to cleanse, refresh, hydrate and brighten the skins complexion. It is the perfect cleanser to remove makeup and impurities from the skin! It is packed with Ceramides, Amino Acids and Hyaluronic Acid which are essential in locking in hydration, preventing the skin from environmental damage, strengthening the skin and giving the skin an overall healthy appearance! I 100% love this product and will certainly be buying it again! If you are looking for a gentle, yet effective cleanser, then CeraVe is for you!! This cleanser was perfect to include in my morning and night routine and it was so simple to use! 10/10 would recommend this product for all ages!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective but drying I use this cleanser as my water-based cleanser in a double cleansing routine and it works effectively to clean and strip all pollutants from my skin HOWEVER I personally have found that it is very drying on my skin and I have to immediately rehydrate it because it becomes very tight and sometimes even flaky (in winter especially). I was using it two times a day, in the morning and at night after an oil cleanser however eventually I cut back to only using it at night because I found it was too much for my skin in the morning.

As it is fragrance-free and has no irritating ingredients it is perfect for the bikini area. I have very sensitive skin and do not want to mess with the natural ph of my skin but still want to feel fresh and clean. I had tried other fragrance-free cleansers but felt they were either stripping or didn't cleanse well this is the perfect combination of both.

The cleanser came out of the bottle as a oily substance then formed into a foam. It didn’t have any scents with I really like with foam cleansers as fragrances irritate my face. I have extremely dry skin so I found the cleanser to be super hydrating and gentle to use on my skin. I didn’t find the cleanser irritating on my skin which is a major plus. It felt really light on my skin making it less dry after the first use. After a week of using the product I saw massive improvements with the dryness of my face. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with dry skin!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic cleanser I had chosen this cleanser during the last rewards room. I have been using it consistently since and am really pleased with its performance. I love that it’s incredibly gentle and can be used both in the morning and evening. The product dispenses as a thick cream, yet foams once adding water. I have tried 3 Cerave cleansers now, the hydrating, foam and cream to foam. This product is currently my favourite compared to the others and performs really well as an everyday cleanser. I can’t fault this cleanser and strongly suggest you give it a try. It’s really affordable and lasts ages!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cleanser for a great price This was the first CeraVe product i tried after reading all the hype about the range and i have already purchased a second bottle. It's very gentle an although i wouldn't say i have really sensitive skin on my face, some cleansers can leave me red and feeling tight. This cleanser starts of as a cream and is quite easy to spread before it becomes a foam and that's when you can feel it working without that tight feeling some foam cleansers leave. I usually use this twice in the evening for a double cleanse but find once in the morning is enough. It's a fantastic price and great if you want to strip back your skin routine to the basics, or as a first cleanse if you double cleanse.

That way, it was manageable. Otherwise, if i wash my face everyday with it, it is too drying. Rest of the week, i use my miceller water which is enough to remove my suncream.

I have combination/dry skin so I tend to stick with cream, balm or oil cleansers so I was interested to find out how this would work for me. I prefer to rub the cream to a foam in my hands before applying to my face. The cleanser easily dissolves any makeup or grime leaving my skin soft and well hydrated without any tightness. I don't wear heavy makeup and I always double cleanse but it doesn't matter if I use this product as the first or second cleanser it does the job. Fragrance free and containing ceramides, amino acids and hyaluronic acid, I'm sure this cleanser will remain one of my staple skincare products.

It pumps out of the bottle as a cream and foams up as you massage into your skin. Great as a double cleanser because it's gentle and it doesn't strip your skin and makes it squeaky. Leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh. I usually use it as a 2nd cleanser as I wear foundation on most days. But I've also found that it's been great for those non-makeup days or as a cleanser in the shower. One big positive for me is that it contains hydrating ingredients like ceramides and hyaluronic acid that usually comes with a bigger price tag To be honest, I think I actually prefer this over Cetaphil and Avene cleansers! I'm really interested in this brand now and will be checking out other products like their moisturiser when I can.

I would recommend lightly rubbing it in your palms initially to get the foam to get the maximum usage out of each pump. A soft sensation on the skin along with a comfortable scent. Once used: I have dry skin and this product did not make my skin feel tight once it was rubbed into my face. However, as I wear full coverage heavy makeup, I noticed this cleanser did not completely remove my makeup off and an extra step of had to be done to ensure my skin was makeup free. This product can be used with a towel or microfiber to ensure your skin is clean in all the crevices. Thoughts: This cleanser is a nice product to use if you don't have heavy makeup on and want a light refreshed feel before bedtime. It was very effective in removing my mascara (non-waterproof). This product was developed with dermatologists so it should be effective and gentle enough for all skin types.

The cream to foam has a lovely, smooth texture, subtle scent and effectively removes makeup. It doesn't dry out the skin like many other cleansers. It's hard to say whether longer term it has improved hydration of my skin overall (used in combination with a moisturiser), however it removes makeup and dirt very well, I also noticed it seemed to improve the texture of my skin and made it feel smoother. I think what sets it apart is the addition of ceramides, which is quite unique amongst cleansers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great hydrating cleanser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks and overall I really like it. I used it as the first step in my nightly cleansing routine and switched out my regular oil cleanser. I found that it removed all my makeup really well and left my skin feeling clean but not stripped or dry. I would have liked it to foam a bit more, but I followed it up with a gel cleanser to make sure my skin completely clean. There is no scent to the cleanser which I also really liked and I think it would be good if you have dry and sensitive skin. I will continue to use it and I have also added a Cereve eye cream to my skincare routine.
