It doesn’t have a strong fragrance, goes on smooth and best of all doesn’t leave my skin feeling tacky or sticky, it feels like it absorbs really easily. I’ve been using this daily for the past week so am yet to see results but so far I’ve had no irritation and love that it’s so affordable!

I have combination skin type with dark spots around my chin. I’ve been using it daily at night, followed by night cream. After a week I’ve already noticed a glow on my skin, and my skin feels more hydrated. Will continue to use it to see how much my skin texture and tone will improve. I’d highly recommend this product.

I used it in conjunction with the Bio-Retinol Renewing Night Cream and Polypeptide Renewing Sleep Mask and it was a very close favourite to the sleep mask. I used it nightly after cleansing and toning, and sometimes during the day if my skin was looking extra sad (thank you, winter!). It has a mild, pleasant scent and is non-irritating. I love the texture. It’s not oily or sticky and absorbs nicely. I use two pumps and find it sufficient to do my face, neck and décolletage. It instantly hydrates and plumps my skin, and since using my skin has been firmer yet softer, a healthy, youthful “spring” to it. I believe using it with the night cream and sleep mask has boosted the effects noticeably, but I would also gladly use this by itself if not using the night cream and/or sleep mask as the instant results are very positive. I found my fine lines and wrinkles have reduced in severity (I look less annoyed thanks to the softening of my forehead lines) and my skin feels smoother and more even overall. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a non-irritating serum to use every day to reverse and prevent the effects of ageing.

I love that it is gentle enough for daily use at night and settles into the skin nicely. After use for nearly a month, combined with other Swiss products, I found that my skin was plumper and more hydrated. I started using the product when I was sick and had dry patches and flaky skin around my nose. With use of this serum combined with moisturiser, my eyes patches were gone after 2 days (thanks to the niacinamide!). Overall, a great and affordable everyday serum that sinks into the skin quickly and applies well under moisturiser. Great for hydration , especially during winter!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Niacinamide serum with excellent texture I bought this serum because niacinamide is one of the best ingredients for my combination skin, and I was looking for a serum that has a high percentage and an affordable price. Swisse Bio-retinol 0.5% Vitamin B3 10% fits the criteria with its 10% niacinamide and its often on discounted price. The serum comes in a sturdy glass bottle - I even dropped it once and it didn't break. The pump bottle is super convenient and the serum is easy to get out until the last drop. The serum is opaque, the texture is viscous but not tacky, and it's unscented. I apply three pumps on my face and neck after cleanser and toner and before moisturiser. The texture is excellent, it never pills and works with all my moisturisers and night masks. I'm on my third bottle at the moment, and my skin looks less oily and more dewy and bright with this serum. This serum absolutely deserves five stars because it gives me all the benefits of niacinamide without the tacky texture that some niacinamide serums have.
