These gummies make it much easier to ensure I take probiotics daily as you don't need to refrigerate and you don't need water to hand. They happen to have prebiotics too which is a bonus. In fact ironically I didn't give them the 5th star because they were so like a lolly that sometimes I just didn't fancy them (weird I know!) Overall a great idea.

They do not taste like a medicine at all, which surprised me because anything that is good for you usually tastes horrible. I also like this product because it supplies not only your probiotics, but also your prebiotics. Best of all, they do not need to be kept in the fridge which is great when you’re travelling as there is no excuse not to have your daily dose of all things good with no added sugar. I didn’t know chicory root fibre was a natural prebiotic until this product, you learn something every day. Gummies are such a convenient way to make sure I am able to get these supplements in, no need to add anything else, and you only need to take 2 a day. The taste is orange flavour, and I think it’s decent. Plus vegan and vegetarian friendly. It does say on the packaging that as it is a gummy you have to ensure you chew them.
