Rated 5 out of 5 by Candyfairy from Fantastic Go-To Product! I have been trialling both the Light & Medium shades and have loved them both. The light shade is more suited to my skins natural colour so this would have to be my favourite. I found mixing the medium with a bit of thick sunscreen can help lighten the shade with does make it more greasy and you really need to use a good powder over the top to stop the shine. But in the warmer months this shade would work well on its own for me as it's not that much darker. This product gives great coverage and smooths out the surface of your skin giving you a flawless finish without looking fake. The scent is really beautiful actually, it is like a light fragrant perfume which is quite slight but very pretty and non irritating. I adore the lovely golden brown tube and find it super easy to use and apply. It is very affordable and I would purchase this in the future as it is my go to BB Cream for almost everyday. It minimises my pores and doesn't make me break out even though it contains SPF and moisturiser which can feel a little slick at the end of the day. But a little powder touch up only once throughout the day is all you need and it does a great job at lasting the whole day A fantastic product that is great value & agrees with my skin. It is almost like the Light shade was specially formulated to exactly match my skin's colour. Amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by missredsage from Can't Live Without The Original I first bought the Garbier BB Cream in light shade in the short, fat tube and loved it - it covers beautifully, it was the perfect tone for my skin and it never felt heavy or oily. My skin is pretty normal, if anything it tends to be dry so I used it over a daily moisturiser and I always had comments on how healthy my skin looked and how natural a face full of make up was. I then bought the long thin tube when my local Coles ran out, thinking the light shade couldn't bee to different, but it must be a full three shades lighter, I look like a ghost and have to use bronzer to get that natural glow back! I've since tossed that one and gone back to the original and am really glad I did. Works well with Nude by Nature mineral powder to fix as it takes any shine off the liquid foundation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Miss_Meow from My go-to foundation! First of all, I am aware that this is not actually a foundation - but I much prefer BB cream anyway! I don't like full coverage products and nor do I need them, but I think this is the perfect amount of coverage for complexion perfection. It feels very lightweight, and I am more than happy to wear this all day. Unlike some other foundations, I don't feel the need to take this off the minute I get home - since it sinks into the skin so well and you can barely tell it's there! I know this product is supposed to contain moisturiser as well, but I've found that it doesn't apply very well on its own. If however, I used my regular moisturiser beforehand (or even combined half and half together in my hand) then this BB cream applies like a dream! It leaves my combination skin glowy and fresh, and if I skip powder, I'll have a lovely, slightly dewy (not oily) finish for the rest of the day.Concealer is still required for the odd pimple or two, but I don't think this is too much to ask I initially bought the medium, but found it way too dark, so I exchanged it for the light and it's a great match. I have half-asian skin with yellow undertones, so it can be a bit tricky trying to find suitable foundatuions, but the Light shade is perfect for my slight summer tan. If you don't already own this product - what are you waiting for?

Although its coverage is limited, if your feeling less then perky and can't be bothered with your usual routine of makeup, using this BB Cream gives you an incredible glow, and enough coverage to make people believe you've just been on a holiday. The packaging is pretty, it smells amazing, and using the medium, I find it sits well on my face and matches my colouring to a tee I would definitely recommend this to all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Blossy77 from Surprisingly good coverage I bought the oil free version of the Garnier cream only because my retailer was out of stock of the Light colour the day I went in to buy it. I'm 35 and although my skin isn't dry, its certainly not oily either so I thought the regular version would be best for me However I quite like the oil free cream. Even with the matte finish when I apply it, I am still finding I have shine by lunchtime, so I am guessing the regular cream would just slide off my face. I do find its more of a light foundation though than a BB cream, I guess because when I tried to use this as a proper BB cream my face felt absolutely parched - I now use it with moisturiser underneath and its fine, although I guess it defeats the purpose of a time saving, all in one product Still, its fairly good coverage for a day to day light foundation in that it evens up my skin tone nicely and disguises my pigmentation. The Light colour is a reasonably good match for me, and fortunately does not oxidise to an orange colour unlike other BB creams I've tried A little goes a very, very long way. The first time I used this I squeezed way too much out of the tube as I assumed it would be a regular cream consistence, however its actually a runny lotion. The oil free version contains 10ml less of product than the regular, however I suspect this watery consistency spreads further so you probably would use both products at the same rate I will probably continue to purchase it to use as a light summer foundation, but certainly not in winter (it would dry me out too much) and not as a proper BB cream in its own right. I imagine teenage skin would love this stuff, with no need for a separate moisturiser, a matte finish and a very tidy price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ssajwani from Its a Winner!! I bought the medium tint and i must say this bb cream took me by surprise. The packaging of the product, is simple and mess fry. I mean with a flip up cap, and a tube makes the product is super travel friendly. You throw it in your handbag and you are good to go First and foremost I have an combination skin type and I need not mention how much I would like to embrace water based products, exclusively the base products. This one is a water based BB cream. The texture of the product unlike the other products of the range is thick and creamy whereas the other are quiet watery and emollient. The product blends into the skin seamlessly and gives a very natural finish to the skin. It is not a full flat matte product, and gives a little dewiness to the skin. The coverage of the cream is a little above expectation, I expected it to have a sheer coverage, but this is totally a buildable product; you can build it up to a full coverage from a sheer one without any problems. It covers those blemishes and acne marks gracefully, without being to heavy on the skin. It has an indeed light feel whereas I am a little doubtful when it comes to those extremely oily skin types. It also contains SPF 15 which protects you from the harmful sun rays. Its lightweight, smooth textured and mildly scented. The best part of the product is that it hydrates the skin and also gives it a luminous natural glow as per its claims.

To me the cream is a bit thick out of the bottle but when applied it is fine and easy to apply, give it a bit of time to settle and for the colour to to blend nicely into your skin tone. It works wonders and a little goes along way.

At first I was so disappointed, NOTHING like the Asian BB creams as this was thick and resembled more to a tinted moisturiser but more greasy. However after using it a bit more, I loved how the thick texture moisturised my dry skin! Loved its buildable coverage too which is fantastic. It made my skin glow and no dry flakes could be seen (which can happen with more dryer formulas of BB creams). Definitely really happy with this product and will repurchase!

I have dry sensitive skin so one of the main things I look for in a foundation/BB cream is hydration and sheer to light coverage. This product does all that and more for my skin! The packaging is a basic tube that is 50ml, so you do get plenty of product compared to the standard 30ml of foundation. The texture is very thick but has a light mousse-like feel to it, so it spreads very easily on my skin. Warning, use a little at a time, otherwise you'll end up with way to much on one area, which I learnt the hard way. The scent of this product is amazing! Smells fruityish but doesnt linger on the skin and doesn't irritate it either. Don't be scared by the bright orange colour, it blends well into your skintone and after about 10 mins or so you can't even tell your wearing anything. This product has never looked cakey on me. It lasts for pretty much the whole day for me, and thats without powder, towards the end I can see some of my natural facial redness peeking through, which is usually covered when I first apply the product. Even though BB creams are supposed to be used in place of your moisturiser, I still use on beforehand, as my skin is really dry. But this product also does a good job of hydrating throughout the day. I'm happy that my hunt for a good foundation is over and that I found something so affordable. This is definitely a staple in my makeup routine now. For dry skin, you will absolutely love this product! However if you have oily skin or are looking for full coverage then this may not be the best product for you.

I could never use a foundation as i was scared of the break outs. with the bb cream its like magic, works all year round for me and ill switch to the oil free one in the summer. love it

Rated 5 out of 5 by aleksandra from Best in Beauty 2012 – Even, smooth, and fresh complexion The Garnier miracle skin perfector BB cream is the first drugstore bb cream that I ever tried. BB creams, or blemish balms and beauty balms are marketed as having a list of the following functions usually: a primer, a foundation, concealer, moisturiser, sunscreen, and skin refining properties such as whitening or lightening. Those functions are typical of the Asian BB creams, however the 'western' Garnier version of a BB cream is quite different. To start off with the packaging, the bb cream comes in a golden beige tube with a flip top cap. The squeeze tube is great because it gives me control on the amount of product that is dispersed, and the secure cap makes sure there is no spillage. This means I can keep the bb cream in my bag and have peace of mind that it won't leak or spill. The first thing that I noticed about this BB cream was that it had that signature Garnier scent. It is sweet and fruity without being overpowering at all. The formula of the BB cream is quite a heavy liquid. It has a slight mousse texture to it in the way that it feels quite fluffy. With there only being two shades to choose from, light and medium, I was quite worried that either shade would not be suitable for my skin. I picked up the BB cream in the shade light as I am quite fair. When I applied it directly from the tube, the product looked a little too dark for my skin. This was not an issue though as the BB cream blends seamlessly into my skin without making my face look like a different shade from my neck and chest area. The BB cream does not have an overly strong warm tone or cool tone to it, it lies somewhere in the middle and it is almost a tan colour. This is great as it ensures that the cream accommodates so many different shades and tones of skin. In terms of coverage, I love the Garnier BB cream because it provides more coverage than any tinted moisturiser that I own. While it does not have the coverage of a foundation, it is much more lightweight on the skin than a foundation has ever left my skin feeling. The coverage of the BB cream is sufficient to even out my skin tone, diminish any redness, and it covers any minor blemishes that I am experiencing on the day. I do not need to apply as much concealer as I do with a tinted moisturiser. I usually set the BB cream with a loose powder because it can look a bit shiny on my t-zone throughout the day as I have oily combination skin. The Garnier BB cream manages to add a small amount of moisturise to my skin. It leaves my skin looking smoother, more even, and brighter which I put down to the fact that it includes Vitamin C and mineral pigments. I am comfortable wearing this every day because it also offers UV SPF 15 protection. This BB cream does not rub or wear off easily and transfer is very minimal.

While it may not be the most spectacular moisturiser on the planet ie. It won't fix super dry skin, it is a great multitasker. While I am probably preaching to the choir here, given the number of positive reviews already posted for this product. Nice pleasant scent, as with most Garnier products. Easy to smooth on and provides an even finish with sufficient moisture for day use. I found this product especially good for the summer/tropics but not really moisturising enough for winter use. No worries, different products for different seasons anyway. The coverage provided was light - more like a tinted moisturiser than a foundation, which was fine for me. Found it to be a very good travel product since it had built in SPF protection as well. It was the only face product I used, other than a night moisturiser, when I went on a tropical holiday. Recommended if you don't like loads of foundation and don't want to mess with moisturiser + powder + sunscreen for daily use.

I have medium shade to help even out skintone and freckles which are sprinkled across my nose. In looks, it is similar to make-up / foundation. I cleanse, tone, and moisturise prior to applying the BB Cream. I do not apply primer. The Garnier BB Cream has a light texture once it has settled on skin. The blemish balm cream in medium helps me to acheive an even skintone with fine lines camouflaged, the texture light and matte with shiny shine diminished. The BB Cream can be used with or without foundation. I prefer using the cream solo without foundation to create a natural day look. The BB Cream is easily removed with a make-up wipe and nightly cleansing wash Made in Germany

However BB cream is really perfect, it has amazing coverage to cover my uneven skin tone without the cakey look or feeling. People don't even notice that I'm wearing it because it blends in so well and looks natural. Not only that it's cheap and in my budget but since you only need a small amount to cover your whole face it lasts much longer than other foundations.

I don't wear foundation except for some powder but am very curious and would like to try to wear foundation in the future. Given this, I tried this cream and loved it. It looks and feels like chocolate mousse, airy and creamy. It goes on so easily, is sheer yet effective in giving color and a smooth smoft complexion. It's not heavy at all and it hasn't moved all day and has settled beautifully. Even on fair skin like mine it does't look like I've done anything but been out in the sun. It has no foundation type smell which I find usually a bit like clay to smell. I am most definitely going to buy this product!

There are many reasons why I love this bb cream. I have quiet uneven skin tone with dark circles and freckles and there are days when I just don't feel like wearing a heavy amount of make up for an even skin tone. After reading so many great reviews on beauty heaven about this product I decided I needed to give it a try. I love that it comes in a handy squeeze tube with a flip lid. It's perfect for my handbag and never spills. The cream itself is quiet thick yet smooths effortlessly over my face. It doesn't make my face feel heavy and weighed down. It just feels light and it keeps my skin feeling moisturised throughout the day. I notice the results from this cream immediately after application and my face always looks flawless. I chose the shade light and it suits my pale skin perfectly. It's not noticeably dark and it doesn't make my face look paler then what it already is. This cream just gives my skin the hint of colour that it needs. It covers all my imperfections and gives me an even skin tone complexion that makes me feel very comfortable in. It's also SPF 15 which is fantastic as I get the added protection I need when I'm out. One application in the morning gives me day long wear. This product is also easily removed with a make up wipe when I've finished for the day. My mother asked what I was wearing on my face one day and she said it looked nice and natural, and now she uses this BB cream also. It's extremely affordable and I recommend it to all as a necessity.

I find that it is a bit oily once applied, but the oil factor disappears shortly after application. It's breatheable on my skin, and also looks like I am wearing foundation (So thats a bonus if I do run out of foundation before I get to the store!) The only thing I don't like about the product itself is when it starts to get low, it is extremely hard to get out of the tube.

At first I wasn't sure about trying it as previous brands had been too dark for my light skin tone but I found that this was different and did not look too heavy or dark. I liked the fact that I could blend and hide my bags as well as add coverage to my dark spots without using a traditional foundation or powder.

It covers up pretty well, so is an excellent moisturizer/concealer with SPF and Vitamin C too. It gave my skin a nice healthy glow and evened out my skin tone. My skin stayed moisturized all day. The tube had a pop off cap lid which allowed me to use just how much I needed with no wastage. Perfect for summer when heavy foundation are not preferable. And have also used it under makeup and my makeup did stay in place without any issues. This was a plus as though it does provide some coverage it is just a light cover. Especially during the summer months a wonderful product to use. I have combination skin and it didn't cause any acne or irritate the existing pimples.

Unless you have been living under a rock, or are a creature belonging to the male species you would have heard about Garnier's Miracle Skin Perfector or to be put more simply, BB cream Essentially BB creams, or blemish balm creams, are a Korean concept. They are supposed to be multi use products combining moisturization, anti ageing, concealing, mattifying properties, as well as giving you all the benefits of SPF and a tinted moisturizer... all in one! Garnier's Miracle Skin Perfector BB cream comes in a simple, yet cute tube with a pop-top cap lid that is the perfect size for your handbag. It is available in two shades; light and medium There are a tonne of unique things about this cream. First of all, I use the light shade which is a really good shade match for my skin. The consistency is slightly thicker than other tinted moisturizers I have tried but it's super easy to blend out as it's incredibly silky and smooth The BB cream lasts me an entire day out of about 8 hours and makes sure my skin looks dewy throughout. I love the fact that it has an SPF, and yet still manages to photograph pretty well so thumbs up for that. It has quite sheer coverage though, I'd say low to medium. so if you're in the market for more coverage then look elsewhere Overall, Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB cream stays true to its claims of 5 benefits in 1 and is great in terms of being fast and simple to use. It's excellent for girls who are running late in the morning, keep one in your handbag for no-makeup / no-sunscreen / no-moisturizer emergencies!

Rated 5 out of 5 by foxoduck from Perfect coverage for glowing skin I usually wear tinted SPF moisturizer with foundation over the top because I hate the red blotchiness of my cheeks. I LOVE this product! It is thick and creamy but goes on smooth to even my skin tone, moisturise and leave my skin matt, glowing and smelling great! The light shade suits my complexion perfectly and I no longer wear foundation :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by loveforpeaches from This is going to be part of my everyday regime The best thing about this cream is that it provides quite a lot of coverage for a tinted moisturiser. The colours blended in really well too. I use 2 layers for days I don't want to use any foundation. It also preps the skin for make up. Unlike foundation, it does not cake at your spots.

Honestly, I was not expecting much out of this product because I had seen some very bad review, especially about the oilyness that it brings to this skin. As someone who has skin that tends to get oily, i wanted to try it out for myself. It feels amazing on !! your skin can breathe and its very hydrating! it also blends very well into the skin, though the colours are a bit funny so even though i have olive skin and i would usually go for a medium colour, i use light. But apart from that it does everything it claims to do! I even hav scarring from past acne on my cheeks and its barely visible once the cream is blended in to the skin! Plus, the spf factor is a bonus! This product will definately be my best friend in summer when i dont want to wear foundation but want my skin to look fresh and glowing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Abbey228 from dewy, light, lovely! This is great for everyday wear, it evens out my skin tone and blends perfectly whilst hydrating my skin and giving a nice 'dewy' finish that can be hard to get with normal foundations. Will definitely be repurchasing this.
