I loved how soft they were and that they smelt so fresh. My only negative was that I found the elastic on the legs could have been snugger for me and the waist band was a bit too high.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for illness or recovery [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I probably should have read the product description a little more closely - "sensitive bladder" is an understatement. I was looking for something for LBL but I think these would handle a full flow (I didn't put that to the test!). They were surprisingly not as bulky as I expected, nor did they make me feel sweaty or hot. Comfort is probably a 7/10. These would be excellent for packing into hospital bags following surgery, or for people with mobility issues. The tear-away side opening made them pretty simple to manage. The only thing I didn't like is that each pair goes into the bin. I'm trying to live more sustainably as I get older, but there is definitely a convenience to these night pants for sensitive bladders that makes them worth considering.

You do get quite hot wearing them (although to be fair, I did have underpants over the top of them too). I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable wearing them under a dress though.

I should have got a large size as the medium tended to roll down from my stomach, creating a bulge at the crotch. The stretch in the Always Discreet night pants was great but as a taller person (size 12-14 ) they eventually became uncomfortable.

They have a nice scent tho and I love the convenience of being able to 'rip' them off. Perhaps they could be made in black so they don't look so much like a nappy if that's possible. The medium sizing was good for a 10.

The only downfall was that I couldn't wear them under my skinny jeans as they were a bit bulky compared to normal underwear. The fragrance was a bit over powering at first but it did smell nice compared to pads. It would be great if these came in a darker colour as well as a nude colour. Overall they worked well and I would use them again, especially when I have hayfever or a bad cough.

They keep you dry and are not irritating, although they are not as comfortable as regular underpants, the material can be a little uncomfortable but usually with a little adjustment was ok. I would personally only use these if I really had to, not every day but only when I needed a little extra help!

I found the Night Pants to be even better for overnight use very comfortable and absorbent and during the day if going to be out of home for a long time not apparent under your clothing and have good odour control. Would recommend this product. Only con I found a little difficult to put on as I have trouble bending but have found a solution to that problem so all is good. Thank you for a great product.
