They had a good secure fit to by body, especially around the leg area and were very comfortable. They were extremely absorbent and with that I had peace of mind while wearing them. The only negative I would say is that I 'felt' like I was wearing a nappy, although my husband said he didn't think they looked that way. I would definitely use them again.

The sizing is a bit on the smaller side but I guess it needs to be for non spill reasons. I like the slight sent, it gives me a feeling of freshness. The pants are easy to pull on and are discreet under a night shirt.

Nice snug fit and not at all bulky, so you felt safe all night with no chance of leakage. These pants are not designed for slight bladder weakness, more so for moderate or heavy leakage, so I won't be wearing them ongoing until my "issue" is of a more serious nature. I would highly recommend for women with heavy bladder problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loving these [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay to look at them at first I was like OH pull up diapers , But I have to say once on they were super comfortable and yes they held the leakage and I didn’t feel like I was a baby soaking in it if you know what I mean . I only had one issue and that was when I went to the toilet pulling them back up I did have my nails rio right through them and ripped real easy , I would think they may need better re-enforced on the sides it did happen a few times through the night but they did stay up but yes a number of holes . Other than that I would use them again and go and buy for sure , these to be honest would be perfect for when I go into hospital for my surgery as it won’t be so easy getting up and down to the toilet and last time the hospital did give me adult diapers but seriously they looked just like baby nappies with the side tabs that lasted all of 3-5 mins yes yes yes comfort .

They felt like normal underwear and were comfortable and not at all 'bulky'. They are very absorbent and drew the moisture away. I was very happy with this product and have recommended them to my pregnant daughter for both before and after the birth.

It’s probably because I have young children In pull ups but that’s what the reminded me of.. just adult ones.. due to having kids I can leak a little.., another thing to remind them of at their 21st s I use modibody underwear. These will be my 2nd choice should the need arise as they definitely do the job and hide our little secrets.

Pessary inserted has caused incontinence to be much worse, so now need assistance for that. This product is excellent for the times when I need an all day helper. At home I can often use a good pad, but I need extra protection when going out to help my confidence. These are excellent. A photo is not really appropriate.

The material is comfortable to wear. And it is discreet wearing under loose pants. The medium size is just for my usual size 10/12 waist but the padding area is a bit saggy. Not sure if it’s because I have the pants for the heavier leaks…
