They keep you dry and are not irritating, although they are not as comfortable as regular underpants, the material can be a little uncomfortable but usually with a little adjustment was ok. I would personally only use these if I really had to, not every day but only when I needed a little extra help!

I found the Night Pants to be even better for overnight use very comfortable and absorbent and during the day if going to be out of home for a long time not apparent under your clothing and have good odour control. Would recommend this product. Only con I found a little difficult to put on as I have trouble bending but have found a solution to that problem so all is good. Thank you for a great product.

They had a good secure fit to by body, especially around the leg area and were very comfortable. They were extremely absorbent and with that I had peace of mind while wearing them. The only negative I would say is that I 'felt' like I was wearing a nappy, although my husband said he didn't think they looked that way. I would definitely use them again.

Nice snug fit and not at all bulky, so you felt safe all night with no chance of leakage. These pants are not designed for slight bladder weakness, more so for moderate or heavy leakage, so I won't be wearing them ongoing until my "issue" is of a more serious nature. I would highly recommend for women with heavy bladder problems.

I only had one issue and that was when I went to the toilet pulling them back up I did have my nails rio right through them and ripped real easy , I would think they may need better re-enforced on the sides it did happen a few times through the night but they did stay up but yes a number of holes . Other than that I would use them again and go and buy for sure , these to be honest would be perfect for when I go into hospital for my surgery as it won’t be so easy getting up and down to the toilet and last time the hospital did give me adult diapers but seriously they looked just like baby nappies with the side tabs that lasted all of 3-5 mins yes yes yes comfort .
