My first thought was these look like adult nappies. I felt like I was wearing an oversized nappy with a sanitary pad . The length of the pad in the underpants I think was too big and bulky. The first one I wore I felt like I had a big bulky towel between my legs. The pants part was very comfortable. They were easy to pull up and down when I needed to go to the toilet. I have tried again a few more times thinking because it was new it might be better. No the same each time I wore them I still felt like I was wearing a nappy with this big bulky bulge. If you could use smaller liners they would feel so much more comfortable.

It certainly takes some getting used to but they did the job and I guess when it gets to that point in my near future I won't be too afraid to take that leap. In the meantime, I will stick to the bladder leaking product that I currently have.

It did feel bulky whilst wearing jeans but under shorts they felt fine. It had good leak control for light bladder leaks but I'd be concerned if there was more leakage. I did feel I had sweated in these which made me feel the breathing side was not as good as others. In the end my mother tried these and she felt they were not comfortable during the night as well.

Upon using them for the first time I found them an uncomfortable fit. The ones I have been using came up to my waist, these did not, therefore I found them fairly uncomfortable. I did still use them as promised but was not impressed, as they made sleeping slightly difficult.

The feeling of not having to wear a pad was great and I could get used to them. A fair amount of bladder lose for me and was still protected. I would recommend them to others if asked. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was surprised to be selected for this trial as I did not indicate that I needed this level of protection. Also, I am sure that they were to be black. Anyway I proceeded with the trial. Initially I noticed purple embellishment making them look like lace on the outer cover. This is unnecessary and makes them look as if they are trying to be real underwear, but they are not. No one can see them! They were bulky for "discreet" product claims and a "squeaky" noise on stretching or bending from the outer layer. I tested them when I was going for a run but they were not very comfortable, with the "super absorbent core" bunching up. The fragrance was overkill, but if you really did have severe incontinence it would be strong enough to mask any odour. On removal I put my hand through the outer cover, tearing it, and rendering them unusable. In a real situation, the product needs to be able to stand up to wear and tear, being able to be worn with toilet visits puling them up and down.

Having said that, the product did what it is designed for and kept me dry. It would be good if they were available in black so they don’t stand out with dark coloured clothing.

Found it to be very comfortable to wear. For anything more than minor leaks, I guess, you could use it with a sanitary pad, to give you that extra protection and confidence. Still not sure that even with a sanitary pad, you could use it for floods or major leakages. Will definitely recommend for smaller leaks. Would have like to have trialled a washable pair of underwear pants though.
