They have a mild scent which made me think of babies nappies and while they didn't leak they did feel quite hot and humid to wear and the internal lining was moist to the touch which made me feel 'sweaty''

I only have very light leakage issues and not all the time. Mainly my problem is if I have a cold and are coughing a lot. I found these underpants to be way to bulkly and uncomfortable. It was like wearing a giant pad between my legs. For those who have larger leakage issues they would be worth a try but for me its a no. Other then the absorbent pad area the underpants were comfortable in their fit around the stomach area. Being white they are not something that you can wear under certain garments so it would be good if they perhaps came in a small selection of colours such as white, black and perhaps tan.

They rubbed and clumped and were generally unpleasant to wear. I would not buy these as I’d be concerned about the environmental impact and ongoing cost. They would be ok in an emergency if there was no other option.
