Each one-a-day tablet is formulated with an easy-to-absorb form of magnesium, which helps sustain the body's magnesium levels, supports muscle relaxation, and maintains muscle function when dieary intake is inadequate. Our multi-magnesium supplement also contains manganese and Vitamin D3, which aids in healthy bone development. Take Nature's Own Mega Magnesium with Vitamin D3 knowing that our formula contains no added gluten, lactose, and contains no artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, or dairy products.
