Rated 1 out of 5 by from Like the idea of sugar shield but [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child enjoyed trying out this toothpaste, yes the teeth came up clean as per usual brushing. However we will not be continuing with this toothpaste as there is much research coming out that fluoride is a carcinogen which can cause cancer. This is a no brainer for me. Here is a list of the ingredients - I really don’t need most of them ingested into my child’s system sorry. Sorbitol, Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Trisodium Phosphate, Aroma, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Fluoride, Carbomer, Sodium Saccharin, Limonene, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, Cinnamal, Polysorbate 80, CI 42090 Please parents take some time to research these - plenty of great natural toothpastes around

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed in Flavour Change My daughter is crushed with your change of flavour & I agree, the md fruity red is terrible. Bring back the blue CL 42090 version. I'm having to mix toothpaste with the 2 tubes we have left to try & migrate her to the mild mint flavour but are running out of blue toothpaste....poor choice, clearly not market tested Oral B....we'll need to change brands at this rate

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the one flavour The new flavour has been horrible! My daughter is autistic and struggles with tooth brushing, but since the change of flavour refuses to brush at all. We have tried 8 other toothpastes. Please bring back the mild flavour as the berry one is terrible!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible flavour change We’ve used this toothpaste for some time and my kids were fine with it. After the flavour change, they hate it. Such a shame, but I won’t be buying again
Date published: 2022-08-09
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New flavour is disappointing Why the change with the flavour? My child is struggling to brush teeth as it is, and now has to deal with this bad artificial flavour. Please let us know why the change and can you bring the 'mild flavour' back please?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the blue Mild Flavour toothpaste! Adding my complaint to the long list of others. I've struggled to find a toothpaste that my two kids like but when I found the blue flavoured Oral-B kids one it was a instant hit! So devastated to find out that I no longer can buy it anywhere. Have tried 4 different other flavours (including the red one) but both kids hate any other minty or fruity/berry ones and it's now a fight when it's time to brush their teeth. Why change something that isn't broken and that clearly is a very popular product with many?
Date published: 2022-05-10
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible new favour Bring back the original mild blue favour, my kids hate and refuse to use the new fruity (red) one
Date published: 2022-05-07
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disastrous flavour change I have a child that will only use bubble berry flavoured toothpaste. I am hunting everywhere for this flavour. When it runs out, I don't know what I will do. We cannot have mint or fruit flavoured paste. We are extremely disappointed and may be facing dental hygiene problems shortly. Very sad. Please bring berry bubble toothpaste back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Idea Oral-B What were you thinking Oral B, by changing the flavour of your toothpaste its a struggle now to get my Granddaughter to brush her teeth She refuses to use your toothpaste , why change something that doesn't need changing not a smart idea.
Date published: 2022-03-24
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New flavour is horrid! Why change something that clearly worked. ? Very bad market research and bad brand building. By changing the product that was trusted you have broken the trust of parents and so we will be looking to other brands. Even if we find another oral b toothpaste our kids will use we can not trust that it won’t be cancelled with out warning. This is not how you should treat loyal customers.
Date published: 2022-03-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by from It wasn't broken.... We were a family of oral-b uses and the kids loved the blue toothpaste...now with the flavour change (red toothpaste) we cannot get the kids near a toothbrush. Bring back the blue flavour.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One very unhappy child Why change the flavour of the toothpaste!!! Finally finding a toothpaste that my daughter will happily use and then to suddenly find it has changed is frustrating to say the least. She now refuses to brush her teeth. Goodbye oral b! Now to spend my money on trying to find another toothpaste she will use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New flavour Adding my complaint to all the others. I too have a daughter with autism and sensory issues and finding a toothpaste she can use has been a huge struggle. She happily used the blue version of this toothpaste but we have just opened a tube of the new flavour (purchased without realising it was a different flavour) and she absolutely hates it. Please bring back the blue version.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Raspberry taste is awful! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible raspberry taste reminds of Panadol, which is one of the reasons my kid always vomits. I tried myself, and I can't blame them for gagging reflex.
Date published: 2022-03-10
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New flavour awful My kids loved the blue flavour and never had trouble with teethbrushing. The new flavour is awful and now I'm trying to find a new brand that is right for them.
Date published: 2022-03-10
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a great taste [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my son and I have tried it and didn't like it. My son'(3yrs) only used it the once and refused to try it again saying it was ýucky. I also tried it after he said this and not sure if it is because I am used to minty tastes but I didn't enjoy it and it didn't make my teeth feel clean.
Date published: 2022-03-09
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New flavour is a disaster My daughter has Sensory issues and hates the new flavour. The packaging is exactly the same but the flavour is awful. We now have a horrible struggle every night and morning as I can't find the original anywhere. Please listen to all these reviews from parents saying the same thing and bring back the original mild mint frozen oral b. Please!
Date published: 2022-03-06
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the blue gel My son loved the blue flavour now won’t have your new one and there is no other band that does the blue gel for kids below the age of six
Date published: 2022-03-02
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New taste and colour change without warning I just replaced my daughters toothpaste, she is autistic and does not like change, she has always been ok with the frozen toothpaste… and bam without warning I open the new one today and it’s changed and she hates it and is upset… some warning would of been nice… now to find the old flavour for her… why couldn’t you add the new flavor in as a different movie/ character? Lots of kids don’t like change and teeth brushing is hard enough as it is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the mild flavour for kids Why did you change the flavour? Did you do any marketing research before you decided to do that? My 4 year old daughter has been using the “mild flavour” toothpaste since she was 3. Now the new toothpaste is red and it tastes disgusting (yes, I was trying to get my daughter to use it so I tested it myself). My daughter refuses to brush her teeth now. It is totally ridiculous. However, I am relieved I am not the only parent that has the problem. The problem is not my child, it’s the toothpaste! Went to different stores to look for the mild flavour but it appears that it’s been discontinued. Why did you discontinue product that works? You seriously need to bring back the mild flavour or you will lose a lot of customers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flavour change Was great before flavour change. Used this toothpaste for years when it was the mild mint flavour, kids don't like the new Berry flavour at all. Hoping it will be changed back to the original mild mint flavour
Date published: 2022-01-18
Rated 1 out of 5 by from New flavour is no good My daughter won’t use it now that it is the new fruity flavour and I will have to change brands once our last tube of the old blue flavour has run out.
Date published: 2022-01-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flavour change My daughter loved this toothpaste until they changed the flavour to mild fruity. Now she refuses to brush her teeth. So disappointing.
Date published: 2022-01-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was great but flavour change This was the only toothpaste my daughter would use, now it has changed to fruity flavour she refuses to brush her teeth, I don't know what to do, very disappointed
Date published: 2022-01-02
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed :-( My daughter has been using this toothpaste for a couple of years and I just purchased a new tube and it’s pink/orange in colour and different taste. What happened to the blue one? Now she hates brushing her teeth due to flavour and colour change. Please bring the old blue one back.
Date published: 2021-12-27
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Change of flavour Both my children hate the new flavour and refuse to use it. They loved the previous mild mint toothpaste very disappointed by the change and won't be buying products.
Date published: 2021-12-13
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Changed flavor and color My daughter loved the original frozen toothpaste (blue colored) - 5 stars - we tried many different types but all were too strong flavored and were so happy to find one with a mild flavor (bubblegum like my daughter describes). Now we are very disappointed to find that the flavor and color has changed and very much refuses to use new flavor so now we are back at square one :(
Date published: 2021-12-09
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Toothpaste not tasty [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I thought it was OK, the kids used it for the time specified and have now refused to use anymore as they both said it tasted terrible and would prefer the mint flavour they currently use at home
Date published: 2021-11-18
Rated 1 out of 5 by from My daughter absolutely hate it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste was awful. My daughter refused to have it again after the first try so my husband and I tried it. We both agreed, it smelt much better than it tasted. Really disappointing.
