It works really well at whitening and you can definitely see a difference when using it. The reason I don't use it on a regular basis is that it tastes awful, and the toothpaste is quite grainy, which I don't really like. I like to alternate this one with the total whitening toothpaste!!

However, this toothpaste is cheaper so when i'm short on money, i buy the whitening toothpaste. :) It works better than average and normal toothpaste and you can see change in your teeth.

I wasn't too hopeful but thought what does it matter if my teeth don't seem whiter its toothpaste at least my teeth will be clean. Well I've been using it for months now and I can't really see any change in the whiteness. This toothpaste does seem to make your teeth feel cleaner. I don't know if thats what it is really doing but your just feel like they are cleaner somehow. I'm still using this toothpaste because if nothing else I like feeling 'clean'.

I liked the texture and a little goes a looong way. I asked my dental hygienist about whitening toothpastes and it was consistent with what they recommend (not too many large granules).The taste was pleasant and did not irritate my gums at all. I do drink coffee so I think the results were to be expected it was gentle and needs to be used consistently for results. I will be purchasing again.
