Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.

I didn't like the taste at first but somehow didn't mind it after a few brushes. I honestly did not see a difference in terms of my teeth but my teeth feels clean after each brush. I will buy it if it's on sale but would not purchase it as a regular toothpaste if it's costly.

The Toothpaste is a lovely pink colour and the foam is light and pleasant. I found it refreshing and not too 'spicy'! I love the antibacterial nature of this paste and I can really feel it working, my teeth and mouth felt fresh and clean for longer. I really enjoyed this product and I'll happily repurchase.

I didn’t necessarily notice a change in gum heath over the week or two testing but I’m sure after more use it’ll make more difference. The colour is a nice pink too. The toothpaste left my mouth feeling fresh and clean and did genuinely keep my breath from any bad smells which I loved. I didn’t notice any colour whitening after a week plus of use, but it doesn’t advertise this so that was fine. Would recommend and use again. Would love it to help whiten and keep healthy gums at the same time.

The paste doesn’t foam as much as conventional toothpaste, something I prefer. The flavour is mint, but mild, again something I prefer. My teeth feel clean, overall I love and will repurchase once my tube is finished. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is my husband and son didn’t like the taste, they both claimed it burned.

A lot of the toothpastes I have tried are either too minty (makes my eyes water) or tastes like bubblegum. This had a good balance of flavour, it taste nice and still left a minty after taste. The packaging was really nice and the tubing easy to use. Depending on the price I would buy this if it were available.

The taste is not too strong and my mouth feels very clean after each use. I wouldnt say it is extra special and does anything extra. It is supposed to be for gum care but i am not sure what difference i was supposed to experience on that side of things, it cleans the teeth well.

But like other colgate toothpastes, it delivered. It was fresh and foamed up a lot more than I thought it would and the taste was reliably great. I have fairly good teeth so it's not really obvious whether it is doing all the things it's stopped to do but I haven't noticed any sensitivity issues since using it so I'll take that as a win!
