Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
**Fight tartar, cavities and bad breath based on bacterial plaque reduction vs. non-antibacterial fluoride toothpaste with 3 months continued use.

I have noticed an improvement in my gum health. It helps to keep my teeth clean and has reduced gum redness.

I usually use Colgate sensitive or sensodyne as I have receding gums and very sensitive teeth but this worked really well. I enjoyed the taste but the pink colour was really off-putting when spitting the foam out. Overall I will continue using the entire tube.

It has a refreshing smell and leaves my mouth feeling clean for hours! Even better, the formula helps prevent plaque and keeps my gums healthy!

Too early to tell if it really helps with gum care, but the texture was softer / more gentle than a regular toothpaste and I was happy so far! The pink colour was unexpected but kind of fun.
