Directions

Apply to the face and neck after cleansing. Use in conjunction with QV Face Gentle Cleanser for a gentle way to cleanse and moisturise dry or sensitive skin.

USAGE ADVICE

Gently smooth evenly over clean, dry lips prior to exposure to sun, wind, cold and other harsh climatic conditions or whenever lips are dry. Reapply every 2 hours for maximum benefit.

If you leave it upright, it leaves a circle ring mark of product on the bench. The old product cap was perfect, as any excess product was kept inside the cap. This new design cap just leaves the excess goes on your bench. After years of using QV, I'm actively considering switching to another brand purely based on the new design of the packaging, which is a massive step backwards in function and usability. Surely when you tested the new cap design you could see it leaves circle ring mark of product on the surface it's placed on.

Unfortunately Ego have lately repackaged it using a completely unnecessary cardboard box and reduced the size of the large tube from 150g to 125g. Hoping this isn't over-packaging plus shrink-flation. It's definitely wasteful & disappointing over-packaging.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have used the day cream SPF 30 broad spectrum for many many years and was so disappointed that the last tube I purchased boasted a new formula and I now find it incredibly thick and it applies like a layer of zinc cream, taking ages to blend in. This product was perfect before, light and easy to apply - why change it ?? I have previously recommended this product to friends. Fingers crossed you get enough of these comments and return to previous formula. I'm sorry but this is awful now, and I will be seeking an alternative. Shame !

It leaves my face white and feels like I have a thick cream barrier on my face which makes my skin feel horrible. my skin doesn’t breath. I am so disappointed I can no longer use your product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I’ve been using this product as my daily face moisturiser for the last 15 years. I was so disappointed to discover the ‘new formula’ that was brought out this year. It is basically like applying thick, greasy, cheap suncream. It takes a lot to work it in to the skin, and even then, it leaves that awful ghostly pale purple oily sheen on my skin. I don’t wear makeup to work, and the old formula left me fresh-faced and non-greasy, but it also sat nicely under foundation. Unfortunately after many loyal years of using this moisturiser, this will be the last bottle I buy. Please bring back the previous formula!

But now it smells like regular sunscreen (I liked the old formula cause it didn’t smell like normal sunscreen), creates a white cast, sticks to dry spots and is super thick. Unhappy with the new formula and have been told they won’t be going back to the old one. Not a happy customer.
