Ingredients

Directions

Always apply 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Apply everyday as the final step in your skincare routine (so after you cleanse, tone, apply serums and moisturiser, etc). Use 3 pumps, or the equilavent of 1/2 a teaspoon, on your face, neck and ears. Follow with makeup if desired. Frequent reapplication is required for effective sun protection. Reapply  after swimming, towelling off or sweating. Avoid prolonged sun expsoure, always wear protective clothing and seek shade.

This is because it's a bit tinted and I think not water resistant (so it is not oily) which is perfect for me. Perfect for daily wear. I can easily apply 2-3 full finger lengths worth to my face.

I use to be so self conscious of my oily skin and was am absolute oil slick by lunch time but this is my holy grail and I will never use anything else. Totally worth the price and now I can go 8-10 hours without having to worry about my oily skin.

It's very hard for me to even find mineral spf that doesn't upset my eyes. But this SPF is fine for them! Makes my skin look super natural but just blurs imperfections and redness. I am always stocked up. Absolutely obsessed!

I've tried a bunch of different sunscreens in the past, but all are either too greasy or break me out. I have acne prone skin and I feel like this product is able to control my oiliness as well as soothe my skin at the same time (I'm assuming due to the zinc). I'm also happy that I'm able to look after my skin with a mineral sunscreen that is cost effective compared to others!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECTION I have NEVER left a review for anything, ever - until I met this sunscreen. I have oily, acne prone olive skin that is best friends with hyperpigmentation. Sunscreen is a must for me and I have been hunting for a Holy Grail for years, which is now finally over. The mattifying ability is not scary but beautifully velvety (which is great as I get oily throughout the day..), the skincare is a bonus considering I don't wear any during the AM and when they say it's an invisible formula - they're telling the truth which (from someone who's tried almost every formula out there!) is a false claim most of the time. I wanted a sunscreen I could find anywhere easily (I travel Aus often), was within my budget and had a friendly price tag for the amount of product along with the core focus of being a zinc formula that doesn't leave me looking like roadkill/ghost, is mattifying for my insane oily skin and isn't sticky. An almost impossible list despite this day and age. McoBeauty if you ever stop making this you will ruin my life forever. Thank you immensely for getting together and raising the bar in beauty for the everyday girl who just wants a decent product at a decent price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Holy Grail Sunscreen! I have a chronic health condition that causes skin fragility and sensitivity (including sunlight). A couple of years ago my skin stopped tolerating chemical sunscreens (I have patch tested a wide variety of products formulated for sensitive skin) and I found the process of trying to find a physical sunscreen that wasn't a horrible sticky white-casted mess discouraging. Some zinc sunscreens are so thick and heavy that the process of applying them would irritate my skin, many still contain irritating fragrances and botanicals, don't work well with cosmetics, or are tinted the most god awful orange that a correct appliance leaves you looking absolutely awful. I bought this product on a whim. This may sound absolutely ridiculous but on the first application after my patch test, I was on the verge of tears. This sunscreen is nothing like any of the other brands I've tried. Having skin that burns, is irritated and red for days to weeks after just walking past a window is so unbelievably limiting. This sunscreen has given me my life back. I only tested it with cheap drugstore make-up over the top (no primer) and the look was pretty good for years of being barefaced! I'm so excited to be able to play around with make-up again! A nice translucent powder is enough to get rid of any tackiness on "no-make-up" days, though I believe I may have been over-applying. I found the packaging a little irritating to fondle after my hands got sticky so I'm going to measure out the amount I need first (1 tsp) before applying. The product has a very light tint which blends perfectly into my porcelain-ivory skin tone, however, those with almond to ebony skin may find it might still leave them ashy if they aren't planning on wearing make-up over the top. I really hope that MCoBeauty brings out more shades of this sunscreen as I feel there is a huge gap in the market for zinc wearers of different skin tones; as not everyone wants to be orange, ashy or a ghost. Thank you MCoBeauty for this perfect product! Please don't ever discontinue it!

I can across this one by chance at Woolies and thought why not give it a go. It certainly won me over. No fragrance, the texture is great, not too much tint unlike all the others - they felt like l was using foundation. No white cast and doesn't feel occlusive on my skin. Total winner and in great, easy to use packaging! For the price & quality so can't go past this little beauty of a sunscreen. 10/10!

I prefer zinc-based sunscreens for my skin (and because they're reef-safe) but I find most of them to be either way too thick or much too greasy. I picked this up at Woolies recently, not expecting much, and I still can't believe how much I love it. It definitely comes out thick but it rubs into my skin like a dream. And as someone who is ridiculously pale, I was worried the oxides would leave a noticeable tint on my face, but it rubs in perfectly clear. It also isn't greasy at all, which is such a huge plus for me. Best of all it's 50+ and leaves my skin feeling protected but not clogged. This is the best physical SPF50+ I have used. Even though it says mattifying, my dry skin tolerates it well and is not left feeling dry or dehydrated. Only downside is the pump takes a while to get product out at times.

The sunscreen feels like a traditional sunscreen on the skin so is a bit thick but is easy to spread and apply. Once applied it is very shiny on the skin. I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and this did not mattify my skin at all. If you have dry skin this would be more suitable than oily skin. It has a slight pale pinkish colour and does not leave a white cast which is good.
