It has a delicious apple flavour which helps mask the vinegar taste. Although the majority of vinegar smell and taste of the gummies is masked by the apple flavour making it very pleasant and easy to eat, there is still a slight vinegar smell. I also like that you don’t notice the sour taste of vinegar while eating the gummies and there are no artificial sweetners. I love that these gummies are more than just a treat; it has added fibre which helps with your gut health. These gummies are also fun and convenient to eat.

A lot more convenient than taking vitamins in pill form because I didn't need a glass of water to wash it down. I actually felt it was like a little treat each morning because of the texture plus the flavour wasn't overpowering. Didn't notice too much difference to my general gut health but a pleasant experience overall.

THis is a good source of fibre which is easy to carry in my bag or just have it before I leave the house. It is a bit sour for my liking but I got used to it very quickly.
