The minute you open the gummy container, that sour vinegar smell is very very strong. Taste-wise, it was quite pleasant, though I'm not sure about the texture as it got stuck in my teeth a lot. I will say it does seem to fulfil the claims about regularity haha.

I'm a big believer of the benefits of apple cider vinegar but don't really want to be drinking vinegar, so I was super excited to try a gummy that has the same benefits without the taste. However, when I opened them up and tried them, they taste essentially the same as apple cider vinegar, and not at all like "natural apple flavour." I feel like it defeats the point of having gummies, because I would only purchase these because I don't want to have to drink apple cider vinegar. In addition, the instructions say they have to be chewed, so you can't even swallow them to bypass the taste. Great concept and I like the texture, but I'm just not a big fan of the taste.

The texture is great - they look and _feel(?)_ like gummies. Also smells alright too. However, these are not to my taste buds unfortunately. Its advertised as without the sour taste, and granted it is far far less sour than straight apple cider, the overall vinegary taste is still there. Of course it could be my sour tolerance, as I'm sure there are others who find it suitable. It's just not cuppa tea.

I didnt notice any dramatic differences in how I actually felt overall, but just the addition of fibre in the form of a tasty little gummy helps me feel like looking after myself can be a little reward at the same time!
