Poise 2-in-1 Washable Absorbent Underwear are the ultimate multitasking undies to cover all your leaks - period weeks & bladder leaks! This is real underwear so you can sneeze, cough and laugh all you want without needing to worry about leakage.

This absorbent underwear provides 4 layers of protection for trusted dryness, comfort and odour control making your protection invisible to you and everyone else. They absorb up to 60ml of fluid; the equivalent of 12 teaspoons or up to 5 regular tampons. Just wear, wash and wear again – up to 50 washes for peak performance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2in1 Washable Absorbent Underwear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going through menopause and I experience a bit of stress induced incontinence when I cough, sneeze or sometimes when I am laughing. I found this underwear to be comfortable to wear and very convenient. In regards to sizing, I didn’t find them very true to size - they were more on the larger side, so I would suggest trying the size down. I also found them to be a bit high waisted for me as I’m quite short. Overall, I found them to be a good product, but I would choose the size down next time.

I tested the underwear during a very heavy period and was amazed by how absorbent it was! I wore it during the day and overnight and experienced no leaks at all. The padding is thick, wide and durable - exactly what you need to feel confident and at ease! One thing that bothered me was the thin waistband. During my period, I prefer a thicker elastic that is more seamless and comfortable to wear. Overall, I enjoyed the product!

However I have found these to be quite useful, and I don't have any fears of leakages or the pad not staying in place. They have to be better for the environment as well. I find them particularly useful for a weak bladder - after numerous children you can imagine what that's like. I would recommend these, and give them at least 2-3 wears and then make your decision.

Being a woman who’s just turned 60, this is exactly what I need. The underwear itself is well made and looked just like normal underwear. Sadly I could have possibly gone a smaller size but nevertheless I was able to sample it. They were very comfortable and offered layers of super dryness and absorbent protection. I feel wearing the underwear opposed to wearing undies with an absorbent pad is far better and they are able to be washed and worn again. I would seriously consider buying the smaller size as I feel they are well worth it for those lil accidents us women deal with. I do recommend this product.

I have looked into other brands of pants before but the designs haven't really appealed to me, as a size 16 who likes the security of a "fuller" shaped brief to cover and hold in my tummy - especially when experiencing period bloat. Sizing of the pants is pretty accurate. When it came to using them I wasn't sure what I expected but was pleasantly surprised by how absorbent they were and how comfortable they were to wear, without feeling "icky". I was worried about how hygienic I would feel and it really wasn't an issue at all, I felt clean and fresh whilst wearing They washed well, dried quickly and held their shape nicely.

It absorbs small leakages very very well and stayed odourless all day. I gave it a little rinse while in the shower, then washed it together with other laundry in the washing machine. Only negative is it’s size, way too generous for the size it’s suppose to be, compared to other brands in the market. Eg mine was 12-14 but it was more like a 14-16.

The panties absorbed well when I was out-and-about, and they washed and dried easily in the sunshine. If you are between sizes, I would recommend purchasing down in size. I am a size 16 (with large tummy) and would have been better with a size 14-16, rather than a size 16-18, as they were a bit too big for me, particularly around the backside edges which did not fit snugly.

It's that peace of mind knowing nothing is going to leak through! If you chose to wear them alone, opt for the moderate to heavy flow, as the light is better suited as a back up or for the start and end of your cycle. On opening this brand, I probably could have gone down a size. In saying that though, it's best to be comfortable when you're feeling a bit bloated and I appreciate a full brief! The liner covered a large area from front to back, so good for sleeping in. Although, it was a tad wide for me crotch region.... Overall, great product. The fabric is nice too!

They have good absorbency for light bladder leakage or a light flow. However, comfort-wise, unfortunately they just do not feel nice to wear. The pad part of the underwear feels stiff, much like wearing a thick pad, and it doesn’t adhere to the body very well.
