Made with moisturizing cream, this exfoliating body scrub restores skins nutrients as it exfoliates, leaving your skin feeling silky smooth. With a rich, whipped texture, this Dove exfoliant gives you beautifully creamy coverage while releasing the sweet scent of pomegranate. Get all the effectiveness youd look for in exfoliators or a shower scrub, but with the nourishment and care that your skin needs in the shower.

I have been eyeing Dove body polish for a while cause they’re a big hit in Asian market before leading their way to Au. Let’s start with what I like the most is the texture, it’s really similar to slightly melted McDonal’s whipped butter that helps it goes smoothly on the skin without dropping and drooping more than half of the product on the floor like other scrubs iykyk. The scent is subtle and fade away within a hour after which I prefer; don’t want it to interfere with my choice of perfume later on. It’s definitely not a heavy duty scrub, more like a daily gentle scrub.

I didn’t like the consistency, or maybe actually the packaging with the consistency. A pump bottle would have been so much more appropriate as I feel like you have to open it with two hands then need to fiddle with the lid to free up a hand to use the product. Then with the runny consistency you have to be careful you don’t tip it/ or get any water from the shower in it (which is almost impossible to do if you need to put it on the ground to be able to use multiple handfuls.) As for the product itself I didn’t find it to be very exfoliating and the smell doesn’t last on your body. So overall this product would be great for someone with sensitive skin or if you like non-abrasive scrubs. I just like to feel squeaky clean after using an exfoliant and I didn’t with this.
