Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Been taking this for a few weeks, I do notice that my hair and nails are growing faster, but it doesn't necessarily help growing new hair I think, or it is too slow and can't be noticed. Overall it's a good product for hair, I don't really care about my nails lol

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nails have grown! These supplements have definitely helped with my nail growth from what I have noticed. My nails are definitely longer and stronger. My hair has had slight growth, but I'm not sure if that is due to growth bomb hair care products or both. The pills are fairly big, so if you can't swallow big pills they may be an issue, however for myself i was fine with them.

Maybe you need to take more than one bottle to see results? my hair and nails looked the same, dry and brittle. Maybe I needed a higher dose? I’m not sure. I just don’t think I would bother again. I received this product from Growth Bomb to review.

I was really hoping to see a great improvement quickly but i found it taking these tablets with my evening meal i was waking with a sore tummy. I was gifted these for review.
