For all those annoying fuzzies on your face these are amazing. They are nice and easy to use, and give you no pain at all as it is a razor that glides over the skin. The little precision cover for the hydro silk touch-up razors is great as it allows you to do your eyebrows with minimal effort but a great result. These also made my skin silly smooth. I also noticed that the products I use on my face were absorbing better and my make-up looked a lot smoother.

I was very excited to try this Blade as part of the trial. Only a few weeks ago I was looking at purchasing the Manicare Brand which has a similar product and is also selling it as Dermaplaning. The reason I was looking at purchasing this was because I wanted to get my facial sides and upper lips lasered. The lady asked me to shave before coming. I was a bit concerned of shaving the sides of my face and my upper lip as I did not want any reaction to my sensitive skin. So, when I received this, I was really excited. I took it home and the first thing I did was to try on my hand to see how it felt and how the blades feel on my skin. To my surprise it was not what I expected. I actually loved the gentleness of it and knowing it is from the makers of Schick which is very popular in making Hair Removal razors, I was very confident to try it on my face. I tried it on the sides of my face after I cleansed and moisturized it. Jut to be mindful if I did get any reaction on my dry skin . It removed the fuzziness on the sides of my face and I even tried it on my upper lip Overall, a great product and very light and handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received to trial from the Best in Beauty Marketplace Event I’ve never had dermaplaning done and would never have gone out and bought any product for a DIY, so I was chuffed to receive this. I do have some ‘peach fuzz’ on my face especially now I'm over 60 and notice it when using some foundations/powders. Instructions on the back were very basic and unfortunately when you opened it from the back (as intended by the dotted line) you no longer have these instructions! I did find an online tutorial (for this very product but not put out by Schick) and the person demonstrated and said to use it on dry skin! Glad I had other instructions and didn’t use it on dry skin. Her advice to use it at a 45 degree angle was helpful and well taken. I’ve only used it the once and I don’t think I have much face fuzz to remove and would probably only need to do it every 4 weeks or so (according to the gal in the video). For the price, it's a good alternative than getting this done at a beauty salon. Not much more to say except it would be helpful for Schick to put out a simple video tutorial – would only need to be a minute or two and could make the difference between someone purchasing or not and dermaplaning the wrong way!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Precision tool [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to use a razor on my face, but used the Schick Hydro Silk Touch Up razors as I received them at the Best in Beauty event, and am impressed. I've seen all the videos of dermaplaning that were trending recently, and been intrigued, but thought it wasn't something I'd try. However, given this trial, I gave it a go several times, and I'm pleased with my smooth skin results, and how easy the razors were to use. What looks like an open blade, is actually a very precisely designed tool: sharp enough to remove peach fuzz and some skin cells with a single swipe, but the fine microguards on the blade make it so there's no risk of cutting yourself. Great design! I used it on dry skin, as I think having damp or moisturised skin would make it harder to plane off the surface skin cells, if they're stuck down with water or cream. My dry skin usage worked really well for me. A surprisingly good tool!

Over the last decade or so I've become more and more frustrated with the length of the peach fuzz that grows over my face, fine hairs above the lip and straggly hairs that grow on the neck that can be difficult to see with a mirror. This product is perfect for all of the above. It's very thin and less sharp form of a razor. However, don't be fooled - these tools are still sharp and can give you nicks all over your face if you're not careful. You won't notice until after you've finished! The first time I used them, I did just that, without even realising. The instructions on the packet don't prepare you for this. My advice would be to be very VERY gentle, and if you can, use some sort of lubricant whether it be shaving foam or some kind of moisturiser.

I have seen this being used for dermaplaning however never had the courage to try it myself. I still haven’t given it a go yet but I did take one with me on holidays to shape my brows. I was scared but pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to clean up the strays between the brows and sharpen the shape of the arch. Literally took seconds and you don’t have to deal with the pain and redness of tweezing. I am still a tweeze or wax girl when it comes to hair removal however this tool was great for on the go, a couple of flicks of the wrist to tame some stray brows. And I hope to one day give dermaplaning a go once I’ve done more research.

I'd never tried dermaplaning before and was hesitant to use this and nick my skin. Each pack contains 3 shavers. They're great for targeting specific areas for easy maintenance such as under the brow area and upper lip. For the brows, there's a Precision Cover that can be popped on to shorten the blade length so it's more precise and accurate to use. You can also use this for all over the face to remove peach fuzz and exfoliate at the same time. As with any type of shaving, I'd recommend lathering up first to avoid any potential skin irritation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth as silk [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very apprehensive about using a razor blade on my face but having heard how beneficial removing face fuzz was for make up application and absorbing face creams and serums I was willing to give it a try. So when I received the Hydo Silk Touch Up pack as part of the Best in Beauty promotion I was very interested to see the results. I found the blades easy to use and found they worked best when my skin was dry, not moisturised as I felt it really glided over the skin. After removing the peachy fuzz from around my cheeks and chin, my skin felt amazingly soft and my makeup went on so much easier, it definitely felt smoother and looked far better. I haven’t tried the blades on my eyebrows as I’d like a friend to assist me the first time. I definitely noticed that serums and creams seem to absorb faster and sink into my skin rather than sitting on the surface so I’m happy to keep using these blades.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sharp and smooth [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These razors are quite long and are great for shaving the larger parts of my face - however I get a bit nervous around smaller areas like around my eyes and eyebrows, and around smaller areas around my nose. However, on larger parts of the face, I find these glide on the skin. They’re sharp, so they really get every hair without me needing to go over the same area multiple times, and my skin doesn’t get irritated with these compared to some others I’ve used. I like to massage in my cleanser and then use this razor to remove it, to ensure it glides smoothly. I then rinse my face with water and then follow up with toner, hydrating serum, and moisturiser. My skincare sinks in really well afterwards and my skin looks clear and glowy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from touch up for face fuzz [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many of the other reviewers I was hesitant about using a razor on my face however I bit the bullet and went for it when I received this at the Best in Beauty event. I do have fuzz on my face especially around my mouth so I used it mostly on my upper lip, I’m not sure if anyone else notices it but I do so that is what counts. I was worried about regrowth being more visible too however that turned out not to be a problem. It was easy to use (I’m sure I was extra cautious the first few times!) but I have only been using it for hair removal and not with the more pressure needed I think for dermaplaning. I haven’t used it on my eyebrows as they don’t require this so I don’t know how good the little fine cap would be. The handle is a nice shape to hold and I think would take quite a lot of force to break ( it’s plastic and I haven’t tried!). I thought this might also be useful for tidying up stray body hairs that sometimes get missed with regular shaving. I found this worked quite well but I did actually manage to cut myself a few times doing that, you certainly can’t use it as though it’s a normal razor. I still need more practice (and bravery) to really appreciate this but it’s a handy tool to have around in the bathroom. There could be more instructions on the pack to get best use of it but I’d recommend it for those who are interested.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does job with confidence [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is tempted to buy cheap razors to beat the peach fuzz but I won't stray from these ones. Use the wrong brand and you risk red rashes on your face, razor burn or pimples. My best tip is to use these when your skin is clean and dry. I made the mistake of using the razor too soon after applying lotion and my skin flared up very quickly! Happily the rash didn't hang around long but I learnt my lesson. One thing disappointing with this product is that it created waste so easily. The blades are not replaceable and so every time you throw one out you are creating more landfill.

I like that you get three in a pack and they are pretty pink and blue colours with sparkly glitter embedded in the plastic handles. Of course they come with a plastic cover for the blade, for our protection and safety. I've used devices like these before (another brand) so I basically knew what to do. The blade it quite sharp so make sure you proceed with caution. The way I use it is with a dry face but I see many people are saying have a dampened face, which is fair enough. I used the Hydro Silk Touch Up razors on my peach fuzz and they are really effective at removing it. Make sure your area is well lit and you are using the magnified (enlarged) mirror so you can best see what you are doing. I like these!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth & Silky Skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you beautyheaven for choosing me to trial the Schick Hydro Silk Touch Up Razors 3pk that was at the Best In Beauty Marketplace Event & also in our Best In Beauty Trial Boxes for those of us that enjoyed the event virtually from interstate. This was the first time “dermaplaning” my skin at home I have had it done professionally a few times previously. As it was my first time I made sure to look up the product on the Schick website and watched the step by step tutorial so I felt confident in what I was doing. I cleansed my face first leaving my skin damp and started from my eyebrows (using the frosted cap to protect and be prescise on the brows) down the sides of my face to remove peach fuzz, my cheeks, lip, chin down to my neck whilst working in a downward motion following the growth of my hair. I did have to dampen my skin a few more times as I felt that kind of pulll that you get when you razor dry skin and was wondering if I should apply a serum like they do when you have it done professionally or moisturiser as I go. I loved wiping the blade on paper towel to see how much hair and dead skin it removed. I was so impressed with the results my skin looked as if it had been professionally waxed without the the redness and it felt so smooth. I didn’t experience any irritation and look forward to continuing my experience with further use and practice.

I used this on newly grown brow hairs when I run out of time to pluck them and it works a treat without being overly sharp so that it cuts or harms the skin. I have also used this on sideburns/ around my chin and bottom jaw where I tend to get a lot of peach fuzz. I would say be careful when using this on the face as it is pretty sharp and you may accidentally cut yourself. I love that the blade handles are pink and purple it makes it really easy to find and is already a very convenient product with a blade that works well.

I used this to touch up my brows that were in dire need of a touch up. I found it very easy to use and I was super careful and slow in using this to start with. I also used this on my upper lip for those annoying hairs that come back quickly, I I almost give myself a nick! I'd recommend being quite careful with these and using a light touch. This is certainly something I can see myself using for touch ups and to fix my brows when I can't get them done properly.

It’s basically a cute version of a straight razor and I do not have the skill at this stage to comfortably use it for more than anxiously sneaking up on the odd errant eyebrow hair. However, I will keep at it, watch some more tutorials and hopefully build up the courage to finally defuzz my pale blonde hair covered face. I have to say though, these little razors really are quite cute. They’re comfortable in the hand, but I don’t feel like I’ve found the right grip yet so I’ll need to keep practicing - maybe on an orange until I build up some confidence.

I've used them to tidy between my brows and remove the peach fuzz on my face. The blades, as others quite rightly have said are quite sharp and need to be used with caution. They are very effective at removing fine hair and give a good close shave. The first time I used them was on dry skin which caused some irritation. Using the razors after applying a moisturiser has helped reduce reactions. As my skin is quite prone to irritation, I won't use them too often.

The Schick hydro silk touch up razors are some of the best ones I’ve tried to help remove facial peach fuzz, upper lip hair and shaping my eyebrows. It’s quite easy to use as I have been dermaplaning for years in the comfort of my home. I find that when I do this, it helps with better absorption of skincare products, but also my skin feels super smooth and soft. I found that you need to have a damp skin when you use this razor on your face, but if you intend to use it on your body parts, you should use a lotion or shaving cream as it is said to help soften up skin. I’ve only used this on my face and haven’t had any issues with returning facial hair darkened or thickened.

This is the first time I have used a razor for the face. Nervous at first as to how sharp the blades were and worried about getting a cut. Upon using it, it's really gentle to the skin and really east to use. It's good for a quick touch up on the brows if you don’t have time to get your brows done. It doesn't take up too much space in my makeup bag/ bag which is a plus. Would recommend to moisture afterward to not get razor rash afterward.

Would never use a razor blade against my skin but the lady at recent Best in Beauty Marketplace event assured us this was absolutely safe. The long handle made it super easy to use and gentle enough to scrape away dead skin cells and fine hairs especially over the upper lip & then once I gained more confident moved onto my chin & cheeks. Face feels amazingly smooth just like any effective exfoliating wash. The precision cap included in the package shortens the blade which is ideal for eyebrow styling.

I have to admit I did have a bit of the self-fulfilling prophecy even though I tried extremely careful to be accurate and lobbed off a few eyebrow hairs. Thankfully, it's not that noticeable and no one has said anything yet. I did try it on above my lip as well and I was a bit nervous my hair would grow back super dark there (so far so good). Overall, super pleased with it but I do find it a bit tricky to use myself.

Thank you BH for giving me the opportunity to try something I really would never of bought for myself. This is a great little touch up pack and certainly useful. Like others I decided that I wasn't ready to start off on my eyebrows yet and as I wear glasses I really didn't feel I could find a way to manage the blade to get the outcome I wanted myself. I really like that I could quickly and easily remove fine facial hairs that affect the look of my foundation and the way my lipstick applys as I do get a lot of fine hairs along my top lip and I felt quite confident about removing them. I used a light day moisturiser and held my skin taunt while using the blade and it allowed the removal to go very smoothly and quickly without any red patches from dragging, my skin becomes irritated very easily. I had a good result and will use again.

I tend to steer away from facial hair removal products as I'm sometimes weary of products such as wax. I can understand the option to use a product like this though. This pack came in a convenient pack of three razors, all brightly coloured. I gave it a go just a little underneath my eyebrow area, mainly to test the efficiency of the blade. I usually pluck my eyebrows and I did have a small amount of fine hairs growing. It did gently remove some fine hairs, but it was a little difficult to tell as everything is superfine. My skin had a smoothness, which showed that the area was cleaner. The angle of the razor was ok too. I'm not sure how long the blades will last, but it's great that there are a few in the pack. I think this product is a great option to have in your bathroom cabinet, in those moments where you don't have a lot of time to do a proper wax. I think you definitely need to be up close to a mirror as well, to get the most definition of maintaining your eyebrow shape.

I've used dermaplaning razors from other brand in the past and haven't really been a fan because of the fancy shapes and handles that didn't really coordinate in my hands which in turn I would always have facial cuts. But in the name of beauty, I wanted to try these from Schick as we all know that Schick are the king and experts in facial shaving! Firstly, I have to say the blade surface is bigger than the ones I've tried so that was a little daunting but did find it much easier to use so this was surprising. I was able to remove my bum fluff along with some dead skin and not cut my face in the process. The quality is definitely better than others I have tried. This is super great, love it. Even though dermaplaning isn't for me, I will definitely hold onto these to use on special occasions when I need my skin and makeup to be on-point.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for exfoliation and hair removal [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this at BH's Best in Beauty Event and was a little sceptical, like many, to shave my face, yet I was not disappointed with the results. On freshly cleansed skin, I began shaving from my cheekbones, down. This tool made it really effortless to do so. I was told by the lovely lady at BH that these can be used on dry skin, yet I personally experienced small bumps on the surface of my skin a few days after use and experienced a minor cut around my ear, mainly due to my skin being quite dry in that area, so I would personally recommend using an oil instead for better, safer results. This kit comes with a little plastic tool for precise shaving around the eyebrows, which I found to be really amazing. My skin was glowing afterwards, despite the small bumps, therefore, I would recommend this product, just ensure you use an oil and take more caution around drier parts of the face.

I was very pleased to find this razor to be just as gentle and effective and better value for money! Not only that but it comes with a guard to get more precision with eyebrows. I use this razor multiple times per week mostly for my face, and found it to be very gentle but effective and such a useful tool, especially to take travelling or when away from home. It is handy for so many areas not just the face. It also has great colours and is a cute little tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Beautyheaven Best in Beauty for sending me these SCHICK Hydro Silk Touch- Up pack of 3 razors. This is a product I would never have thought to try otherwise. I’m so happy I was introduced to them. I used them around my eyebrows and I was so surprised, how many fine hairs it removed. It was so easy to use and be extremely precise. I even used it to remove hairs on my toes???? Excellent for removing hair from different places. I’m pleased how safe they are with the protective cap. Also like the Precision Cover to shorten the blades length for precision trimming around my eyebrows. Very happy to used these and to discover a new product, I didn’t know I needed. An ingenious product, at such a great price. I will definitely repurchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy at home [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I have been looking forward to trying these Schick Hydro Silk Touch Up™ Razors. I love the fresh and fun colours and how easy they are to use. I have thick eyebrows that I like to keep in great shape. I usually wax and pluck but this is a great solution to shaping eyebrows with minimal risk. The attachment is great and really does make them easy to use. It is very sharp so would make sure you have a steady hand and maybe draw the line to follow so you don’t go too far. Could be very easy to do. Please only press lightly as the sharp blades can cut. I also tried the blade to exfoliate my face and remove some of the light hairs. Was great, easy and lovely to remove some of the dry skin. Would recommend following with a serum or something to protect the skin and always make sure skin is damp

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Get rid of that fine fluff. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product at the Best in Beauty Marketplace and I love the HydroSilk Touch Up. These are very fine blades that get rid of the very fine fluff that you get on your face as you start to age. Seeing as I am about to turn 50, these came at the perfect time. Very easy to use. I cleanse my face so that my skin is a little moist, then brush the blade in a downwards motion in the direction of the fine hair (which is almost like bum fluff)lol. This leaves my skin super smooth and ready to soak in my serum. Just be sensible and trial a little area first so you get the hang of how sharp the blades are.

I would never think of buying these if I saw them in the store but they are so handy. I always have trouble plucking out really short hairs from my eyebrows and getting a really tidy look, most days I don't care about those annoying stray hairs but now that I have this I can easily remove them. Also works great on removing other unwanted body hair that you might have missed when shaving. I haven't used it on my face for dermaplaining but I believe it will work well for that as well.
