Warnings

As with any retinol product, it is normal to temporarily experience mild redness, a warm, tingling sensation or flaking (skin exfoliation). If effects persist or cause discomfort, reduce the frequency of use until your skin adjusts, then revert to daily use as tolerated. In case of irritation, discontinue use. Directions

Apply a small amount at night around the eye area and gently massage into skin. Save carton for reference.
In the daytime, always protect skin with a Broad Spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen or higher.
Retinol Pro+ is recommended for retinol users and not for beginners.

Even though I've been using other retinal products prior This was more potent and I had to reduce its use to every second day until my skin got used to it. Initially I was worried the retinol would irritate my under eye skin but it didn't at all, and it was super hydrating. I loved using this cream and would buy again

It is extremely hydrating and does not cause any irritation to the skin. I always follow up the cream with a moisturiser however I feel this can be omitted. It has a sight fragrance which I don’t mind but may not be suitable for those that don’t want it. I would be interested to try a serum version next. In terms of results, I didn’t see a significant difference but definitely felt more nourished around the eye area.

I tired using the retinal eye cream every second night in the first week and nightly in the second week. Sometimes I find that retinal eye creams cause irritation when used too regularly but I had no issues with the neutrogena one. It is a nice thick and moisturising consistency which is the type of eye cream I prefer. I used this mostly at night time as retinol are not always recommended for day time use. I found that it help keep my skin moisturised and dark circles are not as visible. I would probably keep using this to see if there are more long term benefits. But so far I have enjoyed the product

I used this as part of my night routine for 2 weeks and have visibly seen results. It’s more moisturized and the whilst the wrinkles are still visible but it has definitely made it more faint and less noticeable.

I have sensitive skin, even more so around the eyes and the fact it's fragrance-free but also paraben-free, mineral oil-free and phthalate free, and this really makes all the difference for my sensitive skin. I've been using it for almost 3 weeks now and I can see it's brightened and tightened the skin underneath my eyes and the fine lines underneath my eyes have vanished!

It is affordable and really works. I’ve seen significant improvement in dark circles around my eye area. Have yet to determine if it is helping with the reduction in wrinkles though! Overall a great product, fast absorbing, no strong smell and works!

I don't think I have used it long enough to say that my wrinkles are significantly reduced, but they do look a little plumper. I can get quite sensitive to some retinol products around the eyes, but this one hasn't irritated them at all. I am excited to continue to use this product for hopefully even better results. The packaging is the same as some premium brands - very good to see from a pharmacy brand - makes it feel more luxurious. It does have a scent, but it's not offensive or over the top.

Due to the consistency, I found it was more hydrating around the eye area which in turn gave the appearance of less lines and less dehydration. The cream feels cooling around the eye area. I have been using this for just over two weeks and like how it feels and makes my skin look. The eye area appears smoother and definitely softer. It does have a subtle scent, more of a chemical scent but that doesn't transfer onto the face. I can only smell it in the jar. I personally don't suffer from too much dark circles under the eye area and I haven't seem a difference with that but like any skincare it takes time to see that type of results. I am in my 40s so something like this is exactly what my skin needs. I like this eye cream and will continue to use to and possibly repurchase.
