Directions for use
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water.

Not only did it efficiently remove plaque during the first use, but it also proved to be effective in preventing its reappearance over time. One of the highlights of this toothpaste is its pleasant mint flavor, which leaves a refreshing sensation after brushing. However, I did notice that it left a lingering aftertaste in the mouth, which was somewhat unpleasant and persisted for some time after brushing. Overall, I would recommend Colgate Total Plaque Release Gentle Fragrant Mint Toothpaste for its effectiveness in plaque removal and prevention, despite the minor inconvenience of the aftertaste.

I am intrigued to see what the toothpaste can do after continuous use over the next few weeks and months. Another great bonus is the mint isn't as strong as other toothpaste but still provides that cooling fresh breath.

It took a day or two to get used to the different flavour as it is quite floral rather than minty. Less is more when it comes to this toothpaste to keep the flavour at a manageable level, but still get the full benefits of the product. Definitely recommend to others and will be buying again myself.

The paste is gentle on my teeth and the flavour is nice and very subtle. Overall I recommend this product.

If they changed the flavour I would buy again but the way it is now I think I’d give it a miss.

I didn’t like the taste of this toothpaste although I did start to get used to it after about a week. I noticed a small improvement in my gum health after using for two weeks. My teeth felt nice and clean after each use. The tube was nice and delux and I liked the screw-on lid. I didn’t like that this product wasn’t Australian made, I much prefer Australian made products.

This is not a review about the product itself, but for my absolute astonishment that the cap on this product is combined clear plastic and white cap which cannot be recycled at all either by Terracycle or Banish Australia as it’s a mixed plastic. Change it to just white plastic at least. I can’t believe Colgate would even do this with all the hype about reducing plastic products!
