Directions for use
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water.

Contains: Contains Sodium Flouride 0.32% w/w (equiv. 1450 ppm F).

Directions

I forgot to use it one night and noticed the difference in the morning immediately (how unfresh it was!). The cap completely screws off which does it make it slightly harder to grab onto in the wet bathroom.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Natural Mint = happy customer! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to stick to toothpastes I know well as I can't stand the taste of 'fake mint'. Colgate Total Plaque Release Toothpaste: Farm-Grown Natural Mint is true to it's word - the mint taste in much more natural as foamed up really well. I like that we are finally doing recyclable packaging but does the lid need to be that fancy? The lid is also not recyclable so I feel it wasn't a full commitment to eco-packaging and I know not all people will read if the entire package is recyclable meaning some people will likely throw the whole packaging - lid included - into recycling, defeating the purpose.

Secondly, I like the fresh mint flavour. Initially when I start using this paste I felt little sensitivity in my tooth, after few uses I felt normal. There is a little difference after few uses but not as expected. I will use this product again.Thanks.

Really sleek packaging and taste but in terms of whitening etc not sure it did any better than my usual - red Colgate product. I did try and use my electric toothbrush but did have some gum problems so had to use my manual - this shouldn’t have been an issue. Like i said, nice taste, minty and fresh - but I prefer using my Colgate red one as I feel this whitens my teeth better and when I get it on sale is a good deal. However I would but again in a pinch.

The tooth paste itself is alright, nothing amazing. However the packaging is quite inconvenient with a screw lid, where there is large clear plastic overlay that isn't really required and I feel like it is a waste. Considering this lid is not recyclable, I feel this extra clear plastic is really going against the sustainability marketing of the product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the packaging and tube. It was bright and colourful. I could smell the mint without opening the tube and was eager to try it. I was unfortunately disappointed as the mint flavour was not present at all whilst brushing. I didn't get that minty fresh feeling of freshly brushed teeth. There was no lasting freshness that I'm used to and all the claims of helping with gums and plaque would not get me to buy this product.
