It is strong, thick and tastes fresh with mint. I feel like you can really get in and clean in between your teeth without the floss falling apart or shredding. It is a great floss and I would be happy to purchase in the future.

I do prefer the new style for sure, the floss is easier to manoeuvre around the teeth better than it used to. I do find it still is a bit too thick and would prefer it to be a slightly more flat floss but overall I am happy with the product and would buy and use again.

It also doesn’t smell bad even after use. Which is a bug plus. It is smooth and slides easily between my teeth. I did think it could be slightly thicker to fill the spots. I have a mix of spaces between my teeth - some crowded and some more widely spaced. So I am basing this on my average exercise. Overall it is an enjoyable floss to use. I have always used Colgate for my oral health. Once again, another good product that I would be happy to use. I keep one pack in my handbag and one in my bathroom!

I'm an avid flosser and am quite selective with the floss I use. This floss was very strong and didn't shred apart like a lot of other floss does. The flavour was perfect and not too overpowering. The only issue I had was that the floss kept coming off the dispenser with every couple of uses so I kept having to thread it back on - not a deal breaker but it's something I dont really want to spend time on. I will however, definitely be changing to this floss as Im so impressed with the strength of the floss

I could genuinely feel that the floss material was improved over other flosses I have previously used. It was soft and natural and comfortable feeling. I noticed a tiny bit of shredding after a thorough floss, but nothing came undone and no pieces of floss were left stuck in my teeth or in my mouth. The mint flavour was very pleasant and not too strong. My teeth were left feeling very clean and pleasant. It’s also a huge bonus to know the floss is PTFE Free. My only complaint was the flimsy case - upon my first use the floss got stuck in the cracks of the side of the case, and I had to readjust the floss position each time to align it to the little cutter.

It is a lot thicker than floss I have used in the past and it found that it go caught between my teeth a lot for this reason. It also started to tear and spread when it got caught between my teeth. Rated 1 out of 5 by from inexplicable this is incredible, you had an overwhlmingly appreciated product, which you turned into something horrible. is somebody from inside the company trying to sabotage something? because considering the facts, it's the only logical conclusion. even if the "new improved floss" was a mistake, such a large company would surely fix it in record time. but it seems they are still trying to make something different than the original product. I've switched to oral-b, which is just acceptable, but so far the only one without excessive shredding. bye colgate.

The floss slips out of your fingers when flossing and is frustrating. The older Colgate total floss is much better and doesn’t slip out of fingers. Have to dry fingers when flossing to avoid the slippage. Bought 6 packs and need my money back.

It doesn’t glide through teeth as it used to and actually gets stuck between tight teeth almost ripping fillings out!! Inferior in every way. The old product was the only one I’ve used for years and had no issues with it at all. I would not recommend the new dental floss nor would I buy it again…total waste of money! Will search for an alternative. Also….why is it the same length…100m…yet now in an inconvenient, cumbersome pack twice as big?!! 🤷‍♀️
