Directions

1. Dampen hair then apply your favourite shampoo, oil or treatment & distribute throughout the hair.
2. While holding the brush in your palm, gently press the silicone cone tips to the scalp with medium pressure and massage slowly.
3. Repeat on all areas of the scalp while avoiding large circular motions to prevent tangling.

It is for the scalp and is so relaxing and feels so good after a long day especially when your hair is tied back all day. I use it on my little one too and it seems to really relax her. Small in size perfect for the handbag. I am grateful I got to try this for my honest review in return because not sure if I would have bought it if I saw it on the shelf at the shops. They are quite expensive considering but well worth the money once you’ve fried it. The hair doesn’t get caught in the brush too which is amazing for my long hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for a deep cleanse [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get oily roots and hair headaches so this really helped massage my scalp with shampoo when I washed my hair. I would recommend this product for a deep hair cleanse at least once a week. I did find my hair was slightly more tangled after use but I was probably too vigorous with my massaging. Thanks for sending me this item to review beauty heaven :) I would recommend letting this dry fully before putting away and not storing it in the shower as I've had other bamboo products get mouldy in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels amazing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as part of the beauty trial team and very grateful, i used it on my hair whilst it was dry to massage and also when adding hair oils to massage them in and stimulate hair growth. It feels great on your scalp and is so relaxing, it feels very gentle as well and doesn't pull at your hair. I having been using it in the morning to stimulate blood flow to my hair and again at night when using my hair serums and oils and I feel the increased blood flow is improving my hair growth. I would highly recommend this to anyone who just enjoys a head massage or wants to get the full use of their serums and hair growth products.

Originally just wanted it for the relaxing/head massage promises of the brush however since using it I have realised it really changes the hair wash game! My scalp feels a lot cleaner and gets less oily allowing me to spread out the days I need to wash my hair. The shampoo can really can in between the hairs and roots giving it a good scrub. The design and materials of the brush is also very hygienic, with the silicone 'bristles' being very easy to be cleaned. The handle of the product also means that the brush fits perfectly into the palm of your hand. A discreet but amazing shower essential.

I have found since using this my hair and scalp are receiving a deeper clean and as a result I am lasting longer between washes. In the past it would be a couple of days after washing that my scalp would start to get itchy and rather oily. I have noticed that I am now able to push my hair closer to a week before it starts to get itchy again. The massage has been great after a stressful week to help unwind and have a relaxing shower experience. I was worried that using this tool would result in my hair getting knotted but didn't end up having this problem. I have quite thick hair and would definitely recommend it to people with average to thicker hair to help them get a deeper clean.

Literally one wash in after like a week of not showering. It also definitely helped with my hair growth, one about a month of using it and my hair feels healthier and shinier and is longer as well. It's surprising how well it worked and omg it feels so nice on my scalp. It is ideal for anyone who wants to have a good old clean of their head as well as anyone who wants to promote healthy hair. It is a lovely product that I will for sure keep using for a long time to come.

There are so many out there with such a big range in cost. So when I was able to trial this brush I was stoked as Lady Jayne is a very reputable brand. I couldn’t wait to test it out as soon as it arrived. I have been using it everyone I shampoo my hair. I feel like my hair is cleaner. I can now go longer between washes. Would highly recommend anyone using this brush. I love that the bristles are silicone to reduce harbouring bacteria. The handle is very comfortable to hold. Plus it looks great in my shower.

I have really thick hair, so I find it hard to find products that can get through all of my hair. So I was impressed that it was able to get through all my hair and to my scalp. This also meant that when I was using it, I was able to really work the shampoo into my scalp, better than I can just do with my hands. It also a gentle way of soothing an itchy scalp, without doing any damage. The ‘points’ on the brush aren’t rigid which also means that it’s not to harsh when rubbing on your scalp.

My hair felt super clean after each time I used it. I used to wash my hair every second day as it gets oily quite fast however after I used this brush it helped me space out my hair wash days better! Keep it mind it can make your hair a bit knotty but once you put conditioner in your hair it was fine! I have realised a difference in my hair and I find it very relaxing to use especially because I always have my hair up.

I felt like my hair was super clean afterwards. I also used it on my kids hair (10, 6) and they liked how it felt and would use it again. Their hair is really thick and it held up well against it. It's something I would want to keep in the shower but I'm not sure if it will go mouldy which means I'll keep it in the cupboard to stay dry and then forget it everytime. That's my only issue with it. Everything else is good, it is a good size and easy to hold.

I have medium length wavy hair with medium thickness. I really enjoyed using this brush, both dry and with shampoo in the shower. I loved that it was so versatile and could be used in and out of the shower. The brush was super relaxing on my scalp dry, and my head felt both super relaxed and cleansed of oils in the shower. I've only used this brush over a short time and didn't observe mould growth, however, I recommend placing wet brush outside shower to thoroughly dry between uses. Tiny downside is that the brush is a little bulky, but overall, I’m keen to continue using it in my hair routine.

It has made my boys excited about and happy to wash their hair - which is a huge win for me! But have had to hide the brush from them!!!! When I used it, I found it helped spread the product evenly all over my scalp, and really left my hair feeling clean. Not only does it do a great job of cleaning my hair, but it makes the usually mundane chore of washing my hair a luxurious experience. Love this scalp brush and would recommend it for everyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Massaging scalp brush [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking forward to hair wash night so that I get to use my new Restorative Scalp Brush. To use the brush I apply some shampoo to the silicone bed of the brush and apply gentle pressure moving in small circular motions all over my scalp. I do it slowly and find it so relaxing and it feels so good too. I find it feels better than using my hands to massage the shampoo into my scalp. I think it's the pointy shape of the soft silicone bristles along with the pressure that makes all the difference. I find the brush so comfortable to hold and haven't dropped it yet. There is a little knob on the opposite side to either hold or what I do is hold it between two fingers. I store the brush on my shower caddy and it dries quite quickly.  I've noticed that since I started using this brush my scalp isn't as flaky even though it wasn't very flaky to begin with I definitely did notice that if I was wearing a black top and I brushed my hair there would be some flaky skin on my top. This brush has been a great addition to my routine and something I didn't know I needed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brush is something I never would pick up from the store as I would think it is just another beauty tool I would never use. However, after receiving this from a trial, I found it rather useful for my long hair. I was a bit hesitant when reading the instructions about using this in the shower while shampooing your hair. The only reason for that is that it is a bamboo based handle and I am so over cautious with mold growth and know that the bamboo could quite easily stay damp. I much preferred to keep it out of the shower and use it to massage my dry scalp. It was rather an eye opener, I was using the brush in circular motion but it didn't tangle my hair and I found a lot of dry skin flecks come out of my hair. You just don't get that thorough with a regular brush and I can see some worth in this product. You can use the brush to help rub other product into your hair, so oils or leave in products. It would be worth it to help stimulate the root growth from your scalp. The small teeth like bristles, are silicon and are much softer than it initially looks. I was a thinking it would be uncomfortable but because the silicon bends easily but is tactile enough to work your scalp, it is a pleasant feeling. And a simple alcohol based spray or alcohol wipes will easily clean the bristles so you are not having oils or residue left on the brush. This handy brush could even be used as an emergency brush for the lengths of your hair if need be as it is a lot more compact for travel.

I use a shampoo bar every 2-3 days so during washing, I rubbed the bar into my hair first and then massaged it in with this scalp brush. I found it lathered my shampoo even further than usual and left my hair feeling cleaner for longer. My hair gets oily quickly and I also get bumps on my scalp which I have not experienced since I have been using this hair tool. It is a great product to implement into your regular hair routine.

It's great for use on both dry or wet hair - just be careful and gentle with it otherwise hair can get tangled. When using with shampoo, I found that circular motions felt great but did not work because my hair would end up a tangled mess. I had to use stroking motions instead. It lathered well and cleaned my scalp thoroughly, evenly spreading the shampoo everywhere. I did find it left my hair on the too-clean side (squeaky) even though I did not use it for long. It's a well-made product, feels firm in the hand, but overall I found it an unnecessary addition to my life and will likely go without.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect to get rid of build up [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a few weeks now and it has definitely changed the way my hair and scalp feels post shower. I find that because I only wash my hair once or twice a week, I get a lot of build up of oils and dry shampoo etc so using this brush on my scalp has been a massive help to decrease that. The only thing I would say is to always take it out of a wet area as the wood will go a little funky. My partner also trialled this to see if there was a difference in experiences as I have thick, curly and bleached hair whereas she has fine, semi wavy dyed hair. She uses dry shampoo a lot more than I do and she also agrees that it really helps to get rid of build up in conjunction with scrubbing it with shampoo in her hair. We both have no complaints so far, but we would rate it a solid 8 or 9 out of 10!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Premium feel for a great shower massage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone that doesn't spoil themselves much, this brush, which I got in a trial test, was great and an unexpected relaxation tool, worth enjoying. Especially for those moments after a stressful day at work, having a shower, and washing your hair can really be too much, but this funny looking brush is actually much better than you can imagine and is equivalent with one of those metal scalp massagers. I really enjoyed shampooing with it and it feels great. The strong wooden handle has a great feel and it clearly is a premium product. Unfortunately, outside of the shower, and outside of it's purpose, this brush is not for normal brushing but that doesn't matter, as for what it is- it is a very good scalp brush. Definitely worth trying out.

I was excited to try it on my long hair and I was pretty happy with the result! I put a small amount of shampoo and massaged into the top of my scalp. It was very relaxing and reminded me of a hairdresser massaging while washing your hair. The only negative i have is that if rotate in a circular motion too much with long hair, it will tangle so you need to be mindful of that. It also works great as a brush in the shower after conditioning your hair and left me hair silky smooth!

This brush is made from naturally sourced bamboo an is designed to cleanse your hair,and massage your scalp,this restorative scalp brush will do minimum damage and breakage to your hair, and is useful and used on both wet and dry hair, this means that whether it's wash day or not, your scalp can be massaged at any time of day! This Brush glides across my scalp and really massages my scalp! I use a bar shampoo and massing with the brush after I've applied the product works really well! I would definitely recommend this product to all who would like to try it. It stimulates the oils in my scalp and I hope to see improved hair growth in tje near future, this restorative scalp brush will be a must have for my everyday shower routine from now and in the future! I areciate being a part of this trial team and hope to review more products in the near future!

It also meant that I did not want to use it on wet hair in case it broke further or went mouldy. Using it, it was a nice massaging feeling on my head and it does not scratch the scalp at all. But is not something that I would bother using every day. It might be good if you had dandruff to help remove it. But I found that it was a bit hard to use in my hair because I have long hair. It would be better suited for use if you have short hair. I used it on my kids hair and they didn’t seem to mind it, didn’t sit still long enough to get an actual massage from it, but they didn’t hate it so that’s a win.

I tried it an found it a bit awkward to use as I felt like it was just knotting my hair up. I tried to use it with conditioner instead, which felt a little better. Lady Jayne also say you can use it on dry hair, so I tried using it before I washed my hair and I preferred using it this way. The silicone tips give a nice massage, they are firmer than I thought they would be. The handle is easy to hold. After using for a few weeks, I have liked the feeling of it, nothing better than a nice scalp massage!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing, finger tips give better results. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive this item as part of a trial team. I was very excited to trial this product. I find my scalp is prone to issues if I don’t make sure it is cleansed well and I had heard great things about similar items. However, after using the item a few times, I was very disappointed with the results. The silicone bristles are fairly firm and come to a small point, so it takes a long time to properly scrub all of the scalp. Even then I found I could not get as much coverage as when I use my fingertips. Since the brush comes down onto the scalp, through the hair, I found that using this brush to wash my scalp resulted in big matts in my hair. Opposed to using my hands, which can be slid under the hair. My hair usually doesn’t matte easily, but to work these out I had to basically apply conditioner to my scalp. I normally prefer to keep conditioner off my scalp as it just causes my hair to become greasy too quickly. However, I can see that this product would be helpful if someone has very long nails and struggles to wash their hair without scratching themselves, or has a conation which limit their mobility or finger strength. The brush also works great as a scalp massager on dry hair.
