They are very comfortable and discreet. I completely forgot I was wearing one. The Always discreet pads have excellent odour control and when they do get wet the leakage is held away from your skin keeping you dry. Also with their design there was no leakage from the sides of the pads which I have had a problem with using other brands. Will definitely be purchasing and recommend them.

I do, however, use the Always Discreet Long Plus Liners and find them absolutely invaluable. I can go about my daily routine, whether at home or out, feeling confident and knowing that I am protected against any accidents. I do think the Long Pads would be superb if you were planning an outing where the toilets were not close at hand, there may be long queues or definitely if in hospital, or at home, following surgery that makes getting to the toilet a longer than usual event.

They are easy to use, fresh and comfortable to wear. I never know when I will have a bladder leak as it's usually brought on by sneezing, coughing, exercise, etc. I definitely felt more confidence when exercising, as I usually have a limit where if I push myself further, I will definitely leak. I was able to expend more energy and run faster and harder, knowing I was protected. I was able to lift heavier weights, without worrying as well.
