I was able to go about my normal daily activities (plus play netball - which the pads hid very discreetly under my tights and were not noticable), without hesitation. I could cough, sneeze and laugh and not worry about leakage. Also when I did notice leakage during the day, there was no odour which again, increased my confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are suffering the embarrasment of slight to moderate urine leakage, these long pads are perfect for winter wear to keep you dry and confident. I cannot comment on how effective they would be if you suffered from extreme leakage as luckily my problem is mostly moderate although over the years there have been a few disasters when arriving home and running inside and not making it to the toilet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Confidence you can trust [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having tried many other incontinence products in the past but rather using period liners and period underwear to absorb small leaks, I was curious to see the difference that these pads could provide. I liked that they were thin and not bulky in my underwear. Interesting to see that they had a raised border which I assume was to help contain leaks and prevent them from going onto your underwear. Trialled these whilst undertaking some low impact exercise and successfully protected me from some large leaks. Always tricky to have enough faith that they will hold up in these situations but they most certainly did. Surprising to see that the pads did actually swell up when in contact with fluid, but it didn’t make them less comfortable to wear. Kept me dry, prevented any odours and did the job!
