They are also good if you have a persistent cough and often lose bladder control. I find them very uncomfortable and are much to long for me and I feel very self conscious wearing them.

I was a little unsure which way to best have them directed as there is a pettern on the insude and outside pack doesnt really give much clarity there but I guessed and they seemed to fit, stay in place and provide effective dryness from my light bladder leakages. Stayed in place all day and no odour as well.

The length is also good to keep you protected for longer times. I didn’t face any leakage while wearing them. However, the fragrance is a turn off for me. After a while it smells weird and overpowering. Would really want it to not smell this way. Also, I believe these pads could be thinner for them to be discreet. It felt like I was wearing something and I couldn’t help but keep thinking about it.

They are a little bulky so you can feel that you are wearing it. Definately very absorbant and odor control very important. The fact they are long meant no uncomfortable bunching in areas that some shorter products can do to me. The inner layer moulds to your body for greater comfort. Overall the product was doing its job and was of reasonable comfort.

I was surprised with the Always Discreet 3 in 1 Long pads. It provides dryness and comfort at the same time and odour control which is a extra bonus. When getting older and bladder incontinence protection is a concern, these are definitely a good product for have on hand. Highly recommended

When wearing tighter fitting clothing like jeans, I found them to be very well concealed and comfortable. Personally a little long for me and I would have preferred a smaller size. Did bunch up when sitting in a dress for a prolonged time, became uncomfortable and I felt it was noticeable and made me self conscious. I do prefer the absorbency and protection it offers over others and has the best odour control of any product I have used previously. If available in a smaller size I would definitely purchase again
