Each tablet provides hydrolysed marine collagen (625mg), Vitamin C (100mg), Biotin (10mcg), and Zinc (7.5mg). Collagen is important for formation of connective tissue, which helps maintain healthy skin, hair, and nails. In addition, Nature’s Own Collagen + Skin Support tablets also reduce free radicals in the body. Adults, take 1 tablet, dissolved in 200ml of water two times daily, or as recommended by  your healthcare professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
