It is also important to me that they are suitable for vegetarians, which this brand is. I didn’t undergo excess physical exercise during my period of taking them so I cannot comment on muscular recovery assistance, I was however working really hard with long hours and I felt the supplements only benefited me.

I'm gluten/dairy/sugar/additive free so was really happy to find these with nothing that I can't consume. I'm always low in magnesium and while I modify my diet to get more naturally, I need supplements to keep my magnesium within range.

I usually take the Swisse magnesium tablet, but have been taking these gummies instead and it's a fun and convenient way to take this supplement every day! The flavour and texture of the gummies is pleasant. The only downside is I take my supplements before I go to bed, so if I've just brushed my teeth, I usually just wait until morning to eat them.

I've found that since taking these gummies after exercising that my legs didn't feel as sore. I really like the fact that these don't taste like sugary lollies like other gummies. These gummies taste excellent and do not leave a weird aftertaste or sensation in the mouth, they are kind to delicate stomachs and the bottle is great to keep in your bag or in the cupboard. I liked the consistency of these so much that I picked up two other Swisse gummy varieties to replace some traditional vitamin tablets I usually forget to take. I'll be using these magnesium tablets during the football season for sure as I've had great results using magnesium to support my body in recovery and muscle repair.

I take one per morning directly after a workout, and I've noticed my muscles are less sore and recover quicker. The gummies are pleasant tasting and don't have that weird chemical smell other similar products have. Easy to use on the go and I really do believe they have helped reduce muscle soreness where I would normally be struggling. I've already repurchased as I'm fussy about taste when it comes to supplements and it's great to find one I can tolerate that also feels like it's actually assisting with recovery.
