In fact, it tastes yummy and no added sugar which is a win for me. I have been taking magnesium in tablet as I like to workout and magnesium is a good help to support muscle health, but sometimes I forgot. They are so easy and convenient to take, unlike normal tablets and capsules which are sometimes difficult to swallow and can have an unpleasant coating. The Swisse gummies taste great, almost like a lolly! I have noticed a slight improvement in muscle function, and hoping this will further improve after prolonged use.

Pleasant orange taste with not a strong smell. This product comes in a nice and easy to open container, (no added sugar and orange flavoured). I have been using these gummies for a few weeks now, I will definitely keep taking them to see the results and benefits. Super recommended for people who doesn’t like tablets.
