It blends into the skin seamlessly with medium coverage. It has a mild fragrance that may irritate those with sensitive skin. I don’t think it lasts 35hrs but it does look nice by the end of the day. They have a great colour range as well. I do like this for everyday wear.

The sleek glass bottle and pump spray nozzle makes it easy to apply the right amount of product everytime. The coverage of this foundation runs on the medium side and easy to build on when applying. The consistency is almost that of a moisturiser but does not provide a matte finish, I did however still enjoy it due to the spf component. Highlight - What I noticed about the RL foundation other than its scent was that It has the same smooth finish on your skin whether you've applied a primer or not. Not most drug store products have that affect and the reason this stands out from all others claiming to be "long lasting"

At first glance, the shade seemed a tad too orange, sparking some concern. However, to my surprise, once applied, it seamlessly blended with my skin tone, creating a flawless finish. One standout feature of this foundation is its exceptional longevity. True to its claim, it stayed put for an impressive duration throughout the day. Despite this, I did notice some creasing around my mouth and smile lines, a minor setback that may be addressed with proper setting techniques. The foundation's scent was a bit peculiar, reminiscent of candy. While not my personal preference, it wasn't overwhelmingly unpleasant and I hardly noticed it after application. In conclusion, the Rimmel London Lasting Finish 35HR Foundation is a reliable choice for those seeking a long-lasting formula with a near-perfect shade match.

It’s not a heavy coverage so you can build on it. It feels light and natural and colour corrects with your skin tone so it looks natural and flawless on your skin. It lasted all days without smudging or transferring. It is important that products I put on my skin have beneficial ingredients, which this one has. While still being a 30ml product, the packaging itself is a bit smaller, which would suggest that they may be using a bit less material to make them and still making a sturdy well made product.

It's a good option for winter or for dry skin. It stays on nicely, doesn’t separate. It gives my skin a surprisingly nice air-brushed look and evens out my skin tone well. I would suggest going to the shop to look at the shades as I had to guess my shade from the pictures online and the shade I got (070 Sesame) was slightly dark on me.

It was long lasting and it didn’t breakdown over the course of the day. I found that it was very thick and that made it slightly difficult to blend out. On days where I didn’t want to wear makeup this did work as a spot concealer for my blemishes. The pump packaging is really good and the glass bottle is convenient to know how much product is remaining

The colour I chose was a bit too dark for my skin tone so I would need to go for a shade lighter in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rimmel London Lasting Finish 35HR Foundation 103 True Ivory [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled to find my perfect match in shade 103 True Ivory with the Lasting Finish 35HR Foundation! It has a vegan and cruelty-free formula, and the infusion of skincare ingredients are definitely something I look for in makeup products, which this has with Hyaluronic Acid, 2% Niacinamide, Vitamin E and SPF 20. It has a buildable medium to full coverage and good longevity. Although it claims to be breathable, I personally feel that it’s somewhat thick and sticky on the skin, especially in warmer settings. The application process is also a bit finicky as I found the only way that works for my skin type is to first spread and blend as much as I could with my fingers, before then going over everything with a sponge for a seamless finish - if I apply it directly with a sponge I find it ends up looking patchy and caked on in certain areas.

First time applying I didn’t prep my skin other than moisturiser and it applied beautifully onto the skin. It is a lightweight formula and very smooth so it made it easy to blend and also to build to add coverage. I prefer a lightweight sheer finish which is how it turned out. The packaging is great, the pump doesn’t apply too much which is great. I have now trialled this foundation a few times and each time it stays all day as it states. Overall very impressed and it has become a new favourite foundation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent foundation for a drugstore product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this foundation from Influenster and I’ve been testing it everyday for a week on my combo oily skin. I haven’t tried Rimmel foundation since my college years and I’m in my mid 30s now so was skeptical with the performance of this foundation. I was pleasantly surprised. On application, it glides on seamlessly with a beauty blender and feels lightweight. The foundation is advertised as full coverage but I found one pump sufficient to cover redness but still look like skin. It does cling to dry patches on your face especially around the nose and chin area, so a prepped and primed skin is required. I always powder foundation down and found this to hold up well throughout the day. I’m skeptical that it holds up to 35hours as advertised as my skin did start to breakdown and separate on my cheek area after 5/6 hours but for my skin type this is to be expected. It continued to feel lightweight throughout the day. I’ve never tried the previous formula as others have but I have really enjoyed testing this foundation out and will recommend to others to purchase. The bonus of it all is the skincare component, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, SPF25 comes in handy when you’re on a mum in a rush and trying to cut down time on skincare regime. My shade normally is a NARS Stromboli or MAC NC30 and I found 210 Golden Beige the perfect shade.
