I can’t fault these pads at all, I was happy enough with the standard UbyKotex ultra thins super bit these pads were even bigger and noticeably more absorbent. Even though they are slightly bigger than the standard ultra thin super pad they are still just as discreet and I absolutely love that the pad doesn’t bunch together. Overall I am very happy with this product and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

I've just had a baby and used these pads and there has been no leakage at all! I did at first unwrap the pad and think 'these are huge' but they are actually a great size and very comfortable to wear unlike some pads that feel like your wearing a big nappy! Overall this product is definitely designed well and leak proof!

I had no leaks and they made me feel comfortable. They do feel a bit bulky and bunch up a little bit, but this did not worry me. I hope to see the U By Kotex Overnight Ultimate Pads available in stores soon as I have not been able to find pads this long and wide that stop me from leaking overnight. I highly recommend!

The extended size of the pad and the addition of the wings on the side, were super great as I tend to move a lot in my sleep. I also found that the pad was really comfortable and not overly bulky. The product's price is pretty standard when it comes to feminine hygiene products, but for piece of mind overnight I definitely don't mind paying the money. I 100% would recommend this product.

I am on the smaller side and found it could be uncomfortable at times due to the length of it. The same product with the wider back but a bit shorter in length would work really well for me, for reference I’m a size 6-8. I found that it only just fit inside my undies (due to the length). Overall it is a good product just more suited for people who are of average size.

However, I did try the U By Kotex Overnight Ultimate Pads with wings, and the experience was mediocre. While they were leakproof and did what they were supposed to, I did notice that they were very big and thick. As my periods are not extremely heavy and I've never worried about leakage with my previous products, I'm not convinced to switch to these. However, I would recommend these pads to someone with a heavy flow who needs an easy and stress-free period product. Despite the thickness, they provide excellent protection and are a reliable option for those who need extra absorbency.

But I was astonished at how pleasant it was to wear; the adhesive to my pants was very strong, and the pad stayed in place all night. Unless I moved in the odd direction, it didn't feel like I wasn't wearing a pad while sleeping. I am now a firm believer in the U by Kotex overnight pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The U by Kotex overnight ultimate pads with wings are the longest pads I've ever used, was surprised when I saw that it was almost 2.5× the length of my face. I liked that this pad was so long! Would have liked it to be a little wider from the back but otherwise it was comfortable and stuck well on my underwear.

If you have any fears of leaks of any kind in the night, this will sure as hell stop it. Only 4 stars, as the absolute size and thickness of these makes it a little bit uncomfortable and not to mention the amount of waste is a bit of a concern.
