Directions

It has a medium coverage that looks really natural and it is also quite hydrating, it leaves my skin looking Dewey and fresh and it lasts all day. It’s great for sensitive skin and never irritates, it contains goodies for my skin to improve its appearance and it also covers dark spots and pigmentation well. The tube is easy to use, handy and convenient and there is no waste. I find a little goes a long way and it spreads easily so it’s quite economical. Overall a good product I would use again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Minimal Natural Glow [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Revlon Illuminance Serum Tint provides provides a nice light coverage for a simple and clean complexion, and can be built up a bit further if preferred. It is nice and lightweight for daily wear, and has SPF which is a plus! Perfect for the minimalistic daily wear. The Serum Tint comes in a tube container, which is easy to squeeze on to fingers and applying to my face. You can also use sponges or brushes if you prefer. It went on smoothly, and feels more like a tinted moisturiser or BB cream, leaving my face with a healthy looking natural glow evening out my skin tone. Personally not a fan of the scent, but it does somewhat mellow out during the day. Will need to use this for longer to really notice if it reduces any dark spots, but I am happy with the overall coverage and glow from using the Revlon Illuminance Serum Tint. The tube also makes it super easy to take or travel with, and used for any touch ups during the day or night.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Protecting and nourishing with good coverage [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a face base that provides another layer of SPF, is infused with protecting and nourishing Vitamin C and Vitamin E, and that also provides good coverage and color - this serum tint is perfect. The serum is quite a rich consistency - it provided full coverage that was a little too thick for me. I used a damp sponge to sheer and blend it out, which gave me a nice glowy finish - it's perfect for dry or mature skin. For anyone with oily skin, setting it with a little translucent powder on your T-Zone works a treat. Although this is a 'serum tint', it can be used in place of a foundation or a BB cream. It is long-lasting, but does transfer if not set - I recommend using a setting spray to counter this. The Vitamin E infusion is nourishing and keeps your skin feeling hydrated after application. I rated Revlon's Serum Tint a 4 out of 5 starts, as it was a little too thick for me and my perception of a 'serum tint'. Less is definitely more.

I find they tend to look too dry and feel heavy on my face, so I always opt for sheer to medium coverage foundation. I was excited to receive and try out this Revlon Tint. I have applied it a couple of times to suss out whether it performs exactly the same each application. I have found that the tint gives medium coverage, and looks fine as long as you don't apply more than one layer. It definitely gave me a glow that I loved. I also loved the benefits of this tint, they all seem to work well together. I did not have any pilling or seperation. It's definitely worth giving this Tint a go.

I liked the coverage, as it covered any blemishes, but looked light, natural, and it wasn’t “too much”. It was quite easy to apply and blend out, and I feel that it made my skin glow. I didn’t really care for the smell, it was a bit strong for my liking. It was lightweight, but I could still feel it on my skin for a while after application. However, these are minor complaints and can easily be overlooked. Overall, I really liked this foundation, and I love the way it looks. It is a great every day foundation, and I will continue to use this. Would definitely recommend to others!

I don't like heavy foundations so it was perfect for me, more of a light/medium buildable product, in between a foundation and BB cream. The colour matched really well and it was easy to apply with a flat brush then smoothed out with a beauty belnder. I wore this to the Hunter Valley and it stayed all day. I will continue to use this product as I really like the glowy look and hydrating feel of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lightweight sheer tint [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who normally wears foundation with full coverage I am starting to lean more towards lightweight, natural looking products that makes your skin look like your skin but better. This was my first time trying out a skin tint and felt like it was the perfect opportunity to see if I would like these types of products. I like that it's a makeup product with skincare ingredients like vitamin C and vitamin E which is important. What I liked about the tint was that it was lightweight. For the days when you want to wear minimal makeup but still want your skin to look healthy and glowy this is a good option. The coverage is very light and sheer. I have some post acne marks on my chin and cheeks and the tint didn't cover that up but I just used a bit of concealer instead. It gives my skin a nice glow without being too shiny. Throughout the day I found that it did start to fade so it's not as long lasting as I hoped. What I have found is that this is a good product to use as a base and then I can go in with other products as needed. For example, some face powder on my t-zone and concealer for extra coverage on areas like pigmentation or acne. I still enjoyed using the product and will continue using it as it's a good option to have for days when I want more natural looking makeup.

Here are some of the things I was pleased with; the colour match was spot on, probably one of the best iv had. The coverage was exceptional good for a tint, I would say it was medium coverage which is absolutely great when it’s a quick put on and wear product. There was no chemical smell, in fact there was a slight pleasant fragrance which is also a plus. The texture was a little bit runny for my liking, but not overly an issue. In all I really liked the tint serum and the fact it has skin care properties makes this an all in 1 product I’d use again.

It is lightweight and sheer, easy to apply and blend, evened out my skin tone while giving it a natural looking glow, has an SPF of 15 and has added ingredients to help keep your skin hydrated all day. While this is a lightweight product you can build it up to your desired level of coverage. As someone who doesn’t like the feeling of foundation on my skin this was perfect and the formula controlled shine from my oily skin, keeping it nice and mattified through out the day. I didn’t particularly like the smell of the product as I prefer a fragrance free product due to being sensitive to smells so it lost a star. The smell did lessen as the day went on to the point I didn’t notice it any more. I would definitely buy this product if they brought out a fragrance free option.

It goes on smooth and has a great coverage. it doesn't oxidise when you put it on. The shade range is also great. The only reason why i am giving this 4 stars is because it is slightly transferrable even after I set it with powder and doesnt last all day. It feels really lightweight on the skin, almost like a tinted moisturiser. It has a dewy finish and makes the skin look like its glowing from within. Will recommend everyone to give it a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the better skin tints on the market and is very comparable to high-end products. I was beyond impressed with this skin tint. It brightened and illuminated my skin, leaving it a healthy glow. It also has a buildable formulation without looking like you are wearing much on the skin. While this did not reduce my dark spots, it made them glow every time! This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. If this product didn't claim that, it would be 5 stars, in my opinion. I also love that it has SPF15, a bonus on top of my SPF application. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this Revoln Skin Tint except that it is exceptional! And everyone who likes a healthy, dewy glow should pick this up.

This bottle is a great size and great to take travelling or to use at home or in a handbag for wherever needed.

My reasons for not wearing make up were because I did not like the feeling of foundation for a full day, especially in summer. But after just over 2 weeks of using this serum daily, I'm happy to say it feels lightweight and does not slide around even after sweating through 30 degree days. I noticed that rather than covering my natural skin, it seemed to smooth it out and create an even skin tone, while adding a really nice skin like look and feel. It didn't dry down or start separating from my skin at the end of the day, which was a relief. In addition, it was fairly easy to remove, as I usually do a double cleanse whenever I wear make up. While I haven't noticed an improvement in my skin, wearing the serum daily has not impacted my skin, meaning that I'm not breaking out or have any textural issues! The only thing I would keep in mind is that for me, the serum that was recommended based on the pictures was actually darker than I thought, so I had to mix in a light foundation to match my skin tone. But 100% would buy it, maybe just in the right shade ;)

It applies so easily, I mostly applied it using my fingers and it left no streaks and blended really well. The coverage is light with a dewy finish, however I really like that for days that I am not needing a full face of heavy makeup. It's a great product and it's made even better knowing it has ingredients good for my skin and complexion. I would recommend this product to others, I think it would definitely suit normal to dry skin types, I'm not sure how it would wear for oily skin types.

It doesn’t have any overpowering smell and it glides on so smoothly. I love that it is SPF 15 and I used it as a daily serum tint. It felt light enough to wear every day and really looked to smooth out the appearance of my skin with a natural looking glow. I just couldn’t recommend it for an extremely hot day as it does have a dewy glow and can feel to be a bit too much moisture on a hot day. It comes in a nice size and would be a very handy size if I needed to take it in my handbag. I would definitely recommend this product and will definitely be adding it to my permanent everyday makeup products.

I've been using it as a light coverage foundation in my everyday routine and haven't found any issues. It goes on nicely, doesn't look like makeup on the skin and wears well during the day. It doesn't cover all imperfections and let's your natural skin show through so I wouldn't recommend if you want full coverage. You may be able to add a second layer but I haven't tried that yet. I also love that is a squeeze tube product and not a pump as I feel that I have more control over the amount I want to use. All in all, a good staple product that I would recommend to those wanting to try a new light coverage foundation or skin tint.

First of all, I really love the addition of vitamin C, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid, as these are typically some of the skincare products used as part of my normal routine - noting I have dry skin! I apply the tint using my fingers to my face. I found that it wasn't streaky, and blended quite easily and smoothly, which makes it really to use if you're on the go. The texture is quite light and watery and when applied to the skin feels very very light and smooth and not sticky at all which I LOVED, and the finish is quite glowy which is definitely my vibe. I still found some discolouration such as acne scars (recent ones which were quite red) were still visible with one layer of this tint on my face. Therefore, coverage wise, I would say it is very light coverage, however, as I added more layers, it was able to build the coverage up to around a light-medium coverage. I do prefer medium coverage products straight off the bat, but like I said you can build this up but it takes a bit more time to do so which is probably the weak point of this product for me. By the end of the day when wearing this skin tint (and setting with a finishing powder), I probably needed to touch up the places of my face which I touch more often, like my chin and nose, which is completely normal and typically what I see anyway with other tints/foundations products so I would say this lasts a decent amount of time too if you're not rubbing your face. Overall I would recommend this as an everyday skin tint if you want a glow, keeping in mind that if you have any visible scarring or anything you really want to cover up, you might need to pair it with concealer or take the time to build it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this skin tint for around 3 weeks now and I must say that I am impressed! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed including this product in my face routine so far. For context, I have dry and flaky skin. This serum tint felt light on the face, and it also looks very natural. It also didn’t emphasise my flaky skin, something that I constantly struggle with other foundations/ tint. I would say coverage is between light to medium, but definitely buildable as well. It was able to cover most of my dark spots, but not completely which I was ok with. I also love a dewy finish, and this product really delivers when it comes to that. This is definitely a product that I would repurchase again.

The product felt nice on my skin and provided nice coverage on my face while also being a lightweight formula. I like how the product has SPF15 included and with added skincare benefits of vitamin c and e and ginger root. I have combination to oily skin and this sat well on my skin throughout the day. Revlon's Illuminance Serum Tint is a nice product to combine both skincare and makeup in one.

It blends quickly and lasts throughout the day. I love the shade, and it suits my skin which is very sensitive. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a serum. It made my face looked smooth and not full of extra makeup. It covers the skin properly but doesn't make your skin looks too extra & different. It also feels that it provides moisture to the skin. It could be a solid pick for anyone, and I would be asking my friends to try this too.

I have very sensitive skin and rosacea so I’m hesitant in trying new products. But I had zero reaction when using this serum tint. The coverage was good and didn’t feel heavy when wearing it. It was easy to apply with a sponge and blended well. No dry patchy areas that I’ve experienced with other products. I will be buying this product again and was really happy with how it looked and felt on my skin. Would recommend others to give it a go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As some one with combinational skin I much prefer a tint that will give me the coverage I need without being heavy on the skin. I really enjoyed this illuminance serum tint which felt really light weight on the skin and blended like a dream. It held up well despite the warm weather . I love that it has skincare benefits aswell as it keeps my skin feeling fresh and healthy. My only criticism would be the lack of shades as the one closest to my skin tone was slightly too dark and would only work for my during summer .

This is definitely more of a BB cream than skin tint, and does have some weight to it with the added SPF. It would probably work very well for dry or mature skin as it felt really nourishing and soft. It provides sheer light coverage, but does settle in and become somewhat heavy when trying to build it up. The extra SPF is definitely a bonus for those not already using one, however I would usually expect less of a SPF "feel" when it's integrated into a tint to make it worth it. I would recommend this product to someone looking for a really nourishing tint, who doesn't want coverage but simply a bit of a glow/evening up of tone without needing a buildable product, and who doesn't have T-zone oiliness.

It appeared dull on my skin and I was very aware of how heavy it felt on my skin. Not light and breathable. The colour wasn't a great match to my skin but there didn't seem to be many shades that were close to my skin tone to chose from although I've had no trouble finding my shade in other brands. I dont think I would go out and specifically purchase this product again because I have personally found better on the products suited to my skin. I prefer a lightweight, breathable formulation and this product just wasn't it for me. I've read some pretty great reviews on it myself so this is purely my experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missed the mark [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to try try a new face tint, and then this serum tint came a long. I was specifically looking for something lightweight and easy to blend to a very natural finish to even skin tone and give a dewy illuminated complexion. Unfortunately this product didn’t quite hit the mark for me, I was surprised to see the product comes in a tube as generally serum tints are quite thin, but this product is more a standard consistency for a foundation. I found if only using a very small amount it can go on quite patchy, perhaps because I found the formula a little sticky so didn’t seem to blend to well on me, but also had to use more product to create a covered base which ended up being a medium coverage applying it as light as possible, which for me was too much coverage for how I like to wear make up, it also didn’t give illuminating qualities as expected, almost gave a matte look once dried down. The scent is quite pleasant, but it does linger on your face like a perfume which I wouldn’t say is pleasant if wearing all day, and unfortunately didn’t wear well on my skin over my daily sunscreen, it went patchy, a little cakey, and showed a lot of texture on my skin and really cling to any small dry patches after about an hour. I think this product, if marketed differently, would be a great product for a lot of people after a more traditional medium to full coverage foundation that just so happens to have some good skin loving ingredients. It also should be noticed the shade range is quite good from what was presented and picking a good skin tone match, even online was super easy and accurate once applied, for me that was a major plus!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pleasant Sheer Base Product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have quite oily skin, so tend to avoid any base products with "illuminance" in the name, but I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It does come out of the tube feeling quite thick and heavy and on applying I wasn't sure how it would go as it felt heavy. but weirdly as I spread the product it thinned and I didn't feel the heavy feeling anymore, in fact it didn't feel like I had anything on my skin at all. It dried down to a not quite matte but not dewy finish. it looked like "nice" skin. The coverage was sheer-light, it helped even out skin tone but didn't cover anything. It did however. cling onto some dry flaky patches, that I didn't even know I had, and it settled weirdly in that area. It seemed to wear quite well after 5 hours (I never tested it longer). The scent is quite light and fresh, and you don't smell it once applied. The packaging is quite minimal (there is less product than a standard foundation) and very lightweight, which i appreciate for traveling, however it does look cheaper than a normal Revlon product. (It reminds me of the packaging of an old Rimmel product) As someone with pale skin, it was quite nice that the colour I chose was actually too light for me with my summer shade, which has never happened with a drugstore foundation before. I would recommend this product to family and friends who like a sheer foundation.
