I loved it so much that I wrote direct to Blackmores extolling the virtues of their product. In those days Marcus Blackmore was very definitely a hands on entrepreneur. He rang me to discuss what it was about his product that had me so enthused. Some time after I received a parcel of products to use. I have always trusted the Blackmores brand. Some 30 years or more later I have people asking what I do to keep my skin looking so good. I am just about to enter my 80th year on this earth and my skin belies my actual age. I realise now that my healthy skin no doubt owes more to Blackmores Hair, Skin and Nails than I had imagined. Thank you Blackmores for providing a consistently good product over such a long time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Do your research I used this product religiously for 3 months. It made such a huge improvement to my hair, and nails. I was so happy with the results. Had to get a full blood work and found I was blowing way over in B6 caused by this product had to stop immediately. Please make sure you do your research when adding supplements and only taking what you really need
