Directions

How to exfoliate the skin:
1. Shake well
2. Turn the bottle upside down and squeeze to dispense the product into your hand.
3. Apply the product with your fingertips evenly all over a clean, dry face.
4. Leave for 15 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
6. Follow with your moisturiser.

Avoid eye area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with water. Avoid sun exposure.

I did have to build a tolerance for this product as my skin was very sensitive the first few weeks, after about 3 weeks I could used it the recommended amounts per week. Id highly recommended this product.
