It’s been great at tackling my dandruff and dry scalp yet still moisturising it at the same time. I did feel this particular shampoo may have been slightly stronger and therefore over-dried and dehydrated my hair and scalp. In my opinion it would be better suited to someone with an oily scalp. The conditioner is a must after using this shampoo. Would recommend buying the original Head & Shoulders over this range as that seems to be more nourishing leading to shiny-looking healthier hair whilst still keeping dandruff at bay.

I used this in conjunction with the conditioner, and shampooed my hair twice in the one setting. One thing that I found to be different to other brands that offer to get rid of itchy, dry, dandruff scalp was that they would have a time guide on how long to leave it before rinsing your hair, which this didn’t have. The smell was nice & pleasant, the bottle had a pump, so it was very easy to use, and it did the job, even on days where it felt really itchy! I would be happy to purchase this product when I run out!

Rather, I found it left my scalp and hair feeling wonderfully cleansed and refreshed. It has great lather too so you don't need to use a whole lot to achieve lots of suds and a clean head of hair. It didn't irritate my sensitive scalp either which was definitely a big plus. I found it left my scalp nicely cleansed and largely dandruff-free upon the first wash, and it seemed to keep the flakes at bay for a good few days too, along with using it with the other products in this line. Definitely a good option for regular use for those wanting a light gentle refreshing shampoo that keeps dandruff under control.

As for the itch control I still did get some itchiness for the first 1-2 days after washing but after those days I could let my hair go up to 5 days without being washed which is unheard of. I found d it controlled how oily my hair was really well aswell. I also noticed a reduction in how much dandruff was in my hair. Packaging was also good for travelling with a pump top which works well in the shower.
