I definitely have felt like my hair has gotten stronger over the last month of using this system. The shampoo also has a clarifying affect as I felt like it got rid of a lot of build up in my hair leaving my hair feeling very clean but not stripped. I adore the smell of this whole system! It leaves your hair feeling so delicious and lingers for a while! There aren’t many great strengthening systems at the supermarket especially for hair that’s breaking and very damaged so this is such a score!

John Frieda’s blonde+ repair system shampoo lathers well and has a beautiful decadent scent. Leaves hair feeling strong & clean. Just like the label says, it strengthens & builds new bonds directly at the hair fibre and is noticeable even after the first use my hair still felt lush & silky after rinsing and not matted and knotted. I have blonde hair down to my waist, with split ends dry ends and mid lengths. I often have problems with a shampoo that can treat from root to tip as usually after 2 days I need to wash my hair again stripping all the oils :( This shampoo treats all areas of the hair from root to tip. I can go up to 4-5 days to a week without washing my hair if I wanted to since using this product. I highly recommend using John Frieda’s blonde+ repair system shampoo. My hair is ready, primmed & primed for the blonde+ repair system conditioner.

As someone who washes their hair once a week it thoroughly cleanses the hair without leaving it dry and frizzy. It smells pleasant and leaves my hair shiny and not dull. I have been using it as part of the 3 step package and my hair seems to remain smooth even in rainy weather! As a highlighted blonde I have been searching for the right shampoo that doesn’t overtone or dull my colour and this is excellent. Will definitely be buying again.

I love that it's not as soapy feeling as regular shampoos and gives a conditioning feel to it, really beneficial to my dry hair. I tend to put a hair conditioner mask at the end of my hair washing routine to reduce the dry staw like feeling I can get if not cared properly but decided to skip it when trialling this product. With using all 3 steps in this product line my hair was soft, frizz had reduced and I had less fallout between washes. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who has damaged hair, dry and unmanageable hair also anyone just wanting to increase the strength and shine of thier natural hair. I will definitely continue to be using this product as it's better then my current shampoo and good value for money.

First of all, I don't have blonde hair. In fact I have a bright copper colour. These products are for bond building so I had high hopes for them and they didn't disappoint. The first time I used them I started with the pre-shampoo treatment. They had left me with light, swishy hair with amazing shine. The shampoo and conditioner alone maintained the pre-shampoo treatment results in between using the treatment. This shampoo didn't make my hair feel dry or weighed down. After rinsing it it just felt clean without a stripped feeling. Finishing with the conditioner and then styling my hair, it feels light and soft. After using it for a while I don't feel any build up or greasiness. I get great results everytime. I will continue to use these and recommend them to anyone whether they have blonde hair or not.

I was worried it was going to be super drying but didn’t feel that way. Lovely undertones and really combatted my brassiness so well. Tamed my frizz also, much less post work with straightener that is usually required!! Would definitely recommend (particularly to use all three in conjunction with each other as the trio works super nicely), left no residue and my hair felt super smooth afterwards! I tend to stick to my routine products but I found this really good and would definitely use again.

I have tried other similar products, but the John Frieda Blonde Repair system is the best. The pre-shampoo treatment, step 1, was something I was not used to using. I normally just use shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt silky and soft after applying and rinsing my hair. It was quite thick and not like shampoo. I then used the shampoo and was very happy with the fragrance. I have strawberry blond hair and the only tool I use is a hairdryer. It does get a little bit dry at the ends though. After using the Blond repair system I noticed how different my hair felt. It felt soft, thick and bouncy. I would definitely recommend it.

The shampoo has a wonderful smell, the packaging is super friendly to use and the product has a wonderful smell to it too. I found it easy to lather and rinse and it did leave my hair feeling clean. I found I also didn’t need to wash my hair as often as I normally would, it left it cleaner for longer which I absolutely loved. This is a 10/10 product and I 100% will be re purchasing. The packaging claims that I will have stronger hair after 1 wash, I used this just before I had a hairdressing appointment to bleach my roots and the hairdresser said my hair genuinely seemed stronger and I had less fallout than I usually would so I genuinely believe the trio of products helped this.

The Scent of the shampoo is very subtle, not at all over powering. The shampoo is in a great size of 250ml which would last many washes and is great value. Definitely suitable for daily use, the results are fantastic when used in conjunction with the complimenting pre-treatment and conditioner. My f Hair was left feeling strong, silky and shiny. I will Definitely be repurchasing this trio of products and would recommend to my blonde friends.

The shampoo in this range is really lovely, with bleached hair, most shampoos make my hair instantly dry and knotty but this was the first shampoo in a year that I’ve tried that hasn’t done this. My roots feel a lot less oily and I feel I can get 4-5 days between washes with this shampoo. I feel that my split ends are a lot less noticeable. The shampoo itself is not thick and heavy and lathers really nicely. I would definitely consider repurchasing this shampoo along with the rest if the range.

For blondes: I find with most shampoos they tend to strip my hair and fade my toner fast. I did not have an issue with this, in fact, I found that I needed to tone my hair less whilst using this. Bond repair: Its hard to tell whether my hair is being repaired with the naked eye. However, my hair always felt moisturised and soft, yet not weighed down after a wash. I have very fine hair yet my hair maintained its volume after using this. My hair never felt stripped or knotted after use, however, my hair was very clean. I did use the pre wash treatment and conditioner with this, so some of the bond repair qualities may not be as effective with the shampoo on its own. However, I overall think this is a great, luxury feeling and effective shampoo for a low price. I would highly recommend this for blondes (natural or bleached) with finer hair textures.

You know when you get your hair shampooed at a salon and they seem to be able to get this thick beautiful soft lather happening? Yeah, that's the lather I am talking about! And a little bit goes a long way. I have been using this as part of the 3 step blonde treatment and honestly my hair has never felt so strong and soft. I am naturally ash blonde in tone and have probably every highlighter kit on the market in my hair, along with my years of salon highlights. My hair strength not only paid the price but the colour started to feel a little flat. I was hoping for an improvement on strength, particularly split ends (which it did improve!), but I was really surprised when the colour came back so vibrant!

As a stressed out blonde, my hair needs all the help it can get, I’ve always liked John Frieda products and this one is no different. I used it after getting my hair streaked with bleach and it feels strong and looks healthy. Pretty happy with the scent too as it’s not overpowering. Best if you use with the pre treatment and conditioner for ultimate strength and bond repair. It’s a decent size for a decent price and considering what else is on the market and the price tag you really can’t complain!

I suffer from a lot of breakage at the front of my hair around my face from regular hair dying so I was hopeful that this would help strengthen those pieces. It didn’t do much for my colour regarding decreasing brassiness but considering it’s meant for bond rebuilding I didn’t really expect this. I recommend keeping the product in for a few minutes to get it to lather better and get it all over your head. Definitely pair it with a strong conditioner and probably a hair oil post as my hair was dry after.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strengthening and Softening [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very easy-to-use shampoo - it spreads and suds easily and it feels gentle enough to not strip my hair but cleansing enough to give my hair and scalp a full cleanse. I found it also easy to wash out and rinse away quickly. Currently enjoying shorter showers due to the winter season, I don't want to hang about the shower for too long and this shampoo makes it easy to wash my hair really well and yet not take too long to do either. The area where I am currently tends to have water that isn't really softening on my hair - unlike the area I used to live in - a completely different region so I suppose they treat the water differently. My hair wasn't feeling as soft and supple as usual - in fact, the water seemed to 'dry' my hair out for some reason. This shampoo has helped my hair to appear much less dry and frizzy - I still like to add some hydrating hair serum to my ends and lengths though but my hair has been behaving much, much better after using this and it's matching conditioner on it for a good couple of weeks. My hair feels much stronger and resilient in nature from using this - the damaged look of the hair towards the ends is sitting more lusciously than before using it. My hair looks more nourished and healthier too. I have found it effective even after the first use - I was keen to keep using it every couple of days when my hair needed a wash. It feels and smells really lovely to use - it's a pearly white formula and it smells fresh and sweet at the same time. I like the John Frieda scents in their hair range and this is a great scent too. It has a quality sort of smell to it. I am enjoying the new healthier condition of my hair with this shampoo and definitely will keep on using it to keep the strength in my hair as I want to grow it again after having a bit of a dodgy haircut from someone recently who doesn't normally cut my hair. The strength ths shampoo and condtioner can give to my hair gives me confidence I will be able to grow it back to a reasonable length by the time summer arrives.

It was designed to cleanse, repair, and enhance the health of blonde hair and I can vouch that it certainly did all of that! This product is part of John Frieda's 3-step system, which has been specifically formulated to target damage caused by colouring, bleaching, and heat styling. I have certainly had my fair share of colouring and heat styling over the years, so it is crucial for me that I find products that help to repair my hair! I have always been a fan of John Frieda products, so when I saw this new product line I had to give it a try! It is safe to say that this shampoo is probably my favourite so far, so it has definitely been added to my weekly hair routine! This shampoo helps to strengthen hair by up to 2 times and brightens it significantly after just one use! My hair felt so smooth, shiny and strong after using this product (and the other two products in this 3 step system)! Not only did this formula help to effectively cleanse my scalp, but it helped to actively repair and revitalise my blonde hair. I am a huge fan of the creamy texture and pleasant fragrance of this shampoo. It lathers so well and easily spreads through my hair and onto my scalp to ensure a thorough clean, without excessive product use. After using the John Frieda Blonde+ Shampoo (along with the Pre Treatment & Conditioner), my hair feels noticeably softer, looks shinier and maintains a vibrant blonde tone. I have bleached blonde hair with highlights and I am constantly using straightners and the hair dryer. Shampoo lathered well and didn't make my hair knotty. My hair was soft after use. I felt my styling was reduced and I had less flyaways. The shampoo didn't seem to make my hair oily and my style lasted throughout the day. Great shampoo targeted for Blonde hair and I noticed a lot more shine to the hair and split ends when used in conjunction with the complete system seemed to seal off split ends and made frizz less noticeable.

I even had people ask if I’d had it dyed. The shampoo doesn’t have an overpowering and left my hair looking and feeling fresh! After just one use I was able to do a blowout without any frizz. It also left my hair looking blonde and not brassy or with a purple or blue undertone. Just a really clean blonde. I also noticed a remarkable difference on how dry my hair felt after the shampoo, it felt rejuvenated rather than brittle. I can truly tell if a product works for me instantly after the first use, and this trio of products absolutely works!! My hair was left instantly feeling soft, smooth, glossier, and with no tangles after the first wash, finished with just a blow dry. Usually I need to run a straighter over lightly to calm down any fluffiness but my hair was left feeling so beautifully sleek! Also the smell is gorgeous, a sophisticated clean scent that has lingered in my hair after a wash and dry. The shampoo was beautiful to use on my oily roots, it left no residue and my hair was beautifully soft, clean, light & airy and after 2 shampoos. Super happy with the results!
