As someone with Asian hair that's been through multiple bleaching sessions, I struggle with breakage and damage. The product's consistency makes application effortless: just apply after shampooing, wait a few minutes, and rinse. I haven't noticed a significant reduction in breakage, but the immediate transformation keeps me coming back. My hair feels smooth and shines all day. It glides easily through the comb, reducing tugging. While it hasn't resolved breakage issues, the improvements in smoothness and shine encourage me to continue using it.

I loved using both John Frieda Blonde+ Conditioner and shampoo to help repair and rebuild damaged hair fibres. My hair looks healthier to what it was before using this great products range. I will continue to use John Frieda Blonde+ Conditioner and John Frieda Blonde+ shampoo & pretreatment. I do recommend these people to all fellow blondes. Thank you for giving this opportunity to trial this great products.

I got it as a tester along with pre shampoo and shampoo. My hair was really fried after all the crazy hair colours that I have done. I was really skeptical at first to try this conditioner as nothing has done much to heal it. I am not much of a fan when it comes to conditioner as it makes my hair really oily and sweaty. I would be honest it did take a little patience and consistency from my side but I can feel my hair getting better. This conditioner is not expensive and has perfect consistency and smell which I loved. I would keep using this product and would definitely recommend using. I got some compliments from people about my hair as well so I am very happy.

I used this in conjunction with the pre treatment and the shampoo and it worked nicely. It has a lovely smell which is scented the same as the others. I was able to use this to detangle my hair in the shower which I liked, and after leaving it on for a few minutes it left my hair feeling moisturised and soft. I have wavy hair and found that it helped reduce my frizz and my waves were still defined. It made my hair feel soft when dry and easy to brush. It also worked nicely with my leave in conditioners. I also liked that it did not cause back acne. I find some conditioners can clog my pores on my back despite washing my back after use, however I did not have issues with this. The conditioner did not feel very different from others at the same price point which is why it loses a star. I feel like it is very similar to others you can buy at the supermarket and did not stand out. Overall I like this conditioner and will continue to use it.

The conditioner is probably my least favourite item in the whole system - it did its job. It was great at softening my hair but I still felt like I had to apply extra products after jumping out of the shower to maintain the silkiness of my hair especially the damaged bits. I love the scent - it is strong and lingers for a while after your shower but I love that about washing my hair.

Same as the shampoo, it smells nice without being too overpowering which I liked. I got complimented on my hair straight after using for the first time which was also a good sign. I have naturally blonde hair so can’t comment on its ability to help strengthen dyed blonde hair. Would’ve been even more keen on this product if had the cruelty free symbol.

My blonde hair tends to get dry, so this is really important for me. While it didn't completely eliminate the need to brush out knots, it definitely made the process easier and less of a hassle. After the third use, my hair really felt stronger and looked bright not brassy. The conditioner not only provided hydration but also made my hair smooth and manageable. Its lightweight formula did not weigh my hair down, and I have greasy hair. Which was a really nice thing. My hair was vibrant and shiny. I would recommend the three products to anyone with blonde hair that need the extra boost.

After just a few weeks of applications, the difference was noticeable: my hair became much more elastic and stronger, and the highlight blonde colour shone more intensely with less brass tones. It is extremely easy to use. The scent is pleasant and does not linger too strongly in the hair, which is a plus for me. I did however find the conditioner less moisturising and I needed more. My hair was a little hard to comb when wet but once dry it was easier to comb through and the number of split ends has significantly reduced.

I used this alongside the shampoo and treatment and it seems to have improved my overall hair quality. The tones are now way less brassy overall which was unexpected, Hair is easily de tangled now and so nice to ruin my fingers through. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with bleached or damaged hair, that doesn’t want to spend hundreds on salon treatments.

I highly recommend the John Frieda Blonde repair system. Just 3 simple steps, step 1 the pre treatment shampoo, 2nd step the Shampoo and finally the 3rd step Conditioner. It really does work and lightens your hair and make them looking more stronger and healthier. It brightens dull highlights back to looking new and fresh. Smells very niece and just a small amount of this conditioner is enough for long hair. i would recommend to use all the three products once or twice a week not every day as I can feel that is a building up on the scalp.

I have bleached hair and and have always previously with hair damage and dryness. After washing with shampoo I applied this conditioner and noticed that it made my hair feel a lot smoother and more manageable in the shower. I have semi wavy hair so only brush my hair when it's wet and the hairbrush glided through my hair with ease. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was hard to wash out and left a silky residue on my skin.

The smell of the conditioner is lovely, it feels quite thick and I didn’t have to use too much to cover my hair. As someone with lots of very fine hairs, my hair can get really tangled, so I do rely on good conditioners. Although this did make my hair feel nice, I was still left with relatively knotty hair. It’s not my favourite of the 3 products in this routine. I would purchase this product again as part of the set, but I wouldn’t purchase it on its own. Nice for the price, but not amazing :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Silky and Hydrating [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having highlighted hair, repairing products are an absolute must in my haircare routine. I've tried many different products over the years including the cult fave Olaplex system (no 3 treatment, shampoo and conditioner) so I was intrigued to see how one of my favourite affordable (yet effective!) brands, John Frieda, stacked up. I haven't had the best luck when it comes to conditioners that are specifically designed with repairing properties so I was a bit dubious, but this one worked well for me! It was hydrating without feeling overly heavy – the texture was lightweight, felt silky and spread over my hair nice and easily. It also washed out perfectly without leaving any sort of film or residue on my hair. For me, it worked better than the Olaplex conditioner. This formula isn't the most smoothing though in my experience. My hair wasn't as tamed as I would've liked, however I do have quite fluffy, wavy hair (plus hot showers in winter!) so it could be a personal thing. Overall I think the conditioner works well with the pre-treatment and the shampoo, and I'd definitely recommend using it in conjunction with those products to get the most out of the Blonde+ repairing system.

My hair tends to frizz quite easily, so I am always on the lookout for getting the frizz under control. I had high hopes for this product, however it just did not work for me. It is fine to use as an "in-between" wash product, but I found my hair to be visibly frizzy after use. My hair definitely feels fine to the touch after use, and the product smells pleasant, but the frizz it caused was a bit of a let down. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this product to friends or family. It's fine, but there are definitely other products out there that do the same thing and leave a smoothing effect on your hair after use.

It has a mild smell, and was easily applied and spread throughout my ends, and while my hair was wet felt silky and soft. In comparison to other products I was not wowed by this, and woudn’t repurchase. I felt as it was not providing or locking in any additional moisture and left my hair feeling fluffy not silky after blow drying, even when used in conjunction with styling products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good conditioner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trialled the John Frieda Blonde+ Conditioner as part of the Beauty Crew Review Crew. My hair type is fine however I do have a lot of hair making it thick, therefore have to be careful with products being too "heavy" for my hair. I normally wash my hair 1-2 times per week, and found that I did not need to increase the number of washes using this product which was great. The Blonde+ Repair System has three steps, with the conditioner being the third step. The system is not overly complicated and very straight forward. I found that it has a pleasant smell, distributes through the hair well and didn't leave my hair feeling heavy/weighted down or greasy. I did not notice a big difference with my hair after only two uses however will continue to use it. I think it would be very suitable for someone with bleached/blonde hair that needs some TLC.

I have natural curls that are foil bleached/toned to a snowy blonde, this ‘Step 3’ of the ‘3 Step’ process didn’t do 1 positive thing for my hair. It left an ever so slight oiliness at the roots & enough weight throughout to flop my curls! It is a simple process to use. It has a pleasant scent. It didn’t make a difference if I left it for 3 or 10 minutes, it still wasn’t tangle free to run a comb through. I wasn’t left with a softness from a quality product that’s bonded with my hair. I didn’t notice an increase in my hairs strength after 5 washes. I wouldn’t recommend for natural curls.

Strong scent which I didn't like and lingers for at least 24 hours. Don't like how hard it is to open the cap, a bit sharp which can graze skin. My hair looked much ashier on my ends. My hair seemed to get oiler quicker than usual. Hair didn’t feel special or stronger immediately after use, but after 24 hours, it did seem to have a delayed effect. For the price of this conditioner, replacing it multiple times through the year, I’d rather get 1 big bottle of K18 which lasts all year and does a better job.

After the first initial use, I found my hair was soooooo dry after fan drying it. I had even used a heat protectant as well, but my hair was dry and did not sit well. I will not be using this again. As a blonde whose has dyed their hair multiple times, I would rather buy a non blonde-related shampoo than this line of products and stick to my normal purple shampoo once a week. In terms of smell, it is okay, smells like every other product.

I've also noticed that my hair is more prone to frizz and flyaways than usual, which is really frustrating. If you're looking for a shampoo to help brighten and enhance your blonde locks, you might want to give this one a try. Just be prepared for dry, brittle hair. Even when used by use with Blonde+ pre treatment and the shampoo, the product did not do what was said.
