General Information

This Oil Garden 100% Pure Essential oil brings joy, confidence and motivation.

Ingredients

Citrus aurantium var bergamia fruit peel 1mL/mL

Directions

Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day:

Vaporisation: Add 3-6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your vaporiser.

Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massageinto chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

In my glass spray bottle I put distilled water with a few drops of one or 2 of the oils. This I would mist on my bedding before sleep. Or same selection, Bergamot with one of the above Oil garden essential oils, a few drops I would pop into the steam difusser . Love the relaxing and clearing effect it gives.
