Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if: - you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, - you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair, - you have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past. In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. Rinse hair well after application. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Wear suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children.

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (phone Australia 13 11 26; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with running water.

Directions

Read and follow instructions on enclosed leaflet. Before colouring, do the allergy test and strand test. With gloves on, open tube 1 and squeeze contents into bottle 2; shake. Apply to hair according to the instructions and timing in the enclosed leaflet. Rinse and shampoo. Apply the HydraShine Conditioner (3). Dry and style your hair and admire your bright, bold color! After 2 weeks, apply the Colour Boost Glaze to recharge and boost your color! With gloves on, apply the Colour Boost Glaze to clean, damp hair; Leave it for 2-5 minutes; Rinse, style and enjoy!

I'm a dark brunette and beginning to get grey and had some leftover colour from the summer/ages ago where the sun had lightened my hair, so I wanted to even out the colour and colour the greys. My texture of my hair is fine and length is shoulder length, so I wasn't sure if one box would be enough but it was. I was a bit worried the ammonia scent would be overpowering but it actually wasn't. My hair successfully has been dyed and there's no straggler greys left and it's perfectly even. Texture is nice and it's shiny. Overall, super pleased with this box dye and would recommend and would purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a vibrant colour to uplift my winter day and was pleased to find Clarol’s Bold and Bright home hair coloring kit. I have dark hair with grey hair coverage requirement so I picked chocolate because I’ve always liked colours that doesn’t have obvious regrowth but the kit surpassed my expectation through and through. The hair dye mixes out to be purple which makes it easy to track which section of your hair you have applied to. The texture is thick and velvety, no more worrying about dripping on your shirts! First up, it covers up grey very well, the dye transforms greys into vibrant brown and shines gold under light! The kit also comes with a glaze option which allows you to glaze up after 2 weeks for a touch up, I will be looking forward to glazing to give my new hair an extra layer of oomphs!! I would be restocking this that’s for sure!
