Colgate Optic White Purple Toothpaste combines micro-polishing whitening technology with the excitement of purple colour correction technology. It safely removes surface stains* and also neutralises yellow tones**. This whitening toothpaste is good for daily use, enamel safe, and the fluoride toothpaste formula provides protection against cavities.

I do not generally like the taste of whitening toothpaste but love the fresh taste and texture of the optic white. I had to ensure the purple paste is thoroughly cleaned from my lips and mouth after use as it stains a little bit. With a little scrub this is easily removed. My teeth are very coffee stained and I can really see a massive improvement in whiteness after this week of use.

The purple colour of the toothpaste does not remain afterwards and washes off easily, leaving behind noticeably whiter teeth. The taste and texture is as you would expect with toothpaste. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for daily use, especially for those with stained or yellowing teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having tried other brands of whitening toothpaste with mixed results, I was excited to try out Colgate's Optic White Purple. And I couldn't be happier with the results. My teeth are not stained (non smoker etc.) but they're not as white as they could be (age haha) so. I used the toothpaste twice a day for a week, instead of my normal toothpaste, and after day 3 I noticed a marked difference in the brightness and whiteness of my teeth. . I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use the toothpaste and replace my normal toothpaste in the future! Even friends think that I had professional teeth whitening at the dentisit so are giving the toothpaste a try as well now! Great work Colgate 5*

As i drink alot of coffee and enjoy my red wine with dinner and tried other measures i wasnt sure about this, however using twice a day for the past 7days has made the greatest improvement, family and friends have asked what dentist i am seeing. I just smile and tell them Colgate. My husband even uses it as he cant get over how clean your mouth feels with no residue or chalky feeling. Pleasant taste which is not over powering. This is now a staple in our home and have put many friends and family on to it aswell, well done Colgate.

As a frequent coffee and tea drinker my teeth are not always as white as I would like so it was refreshing to find a product that worked. The purple colour of this toothpaste initially was an unusual concept although the texture and flavour was exactly the same as regular toothpaste. I would recommend this toothpaste if you want whiter and glossier teeth.
