I have tried the other toothpaste in the market that say long lasting freshness taste like watermelon or bubblegum but they never left my teeth feeling fresh. So I tried this and I was not disappointed mt teeth feel clean fresh and the taste is so good. I will be recommending this to family and friends

However, in my experience, the number of love hearts was disappointingly low, with only around five appearing within the first week. While I was fortunate to capture a photo with several, it was a rarity. Despite this, I must commend the toothpaste's freshness and its long-lasting effect, as promised on the packaging. My only gripe lies with the flavour name 'Rainbow Fresh,' which led me to expect a whimsical, unique taste, yet it turned out to be just regular mint. I believe there's potential to enhance this idea by incorporating a genuinely distinctive flavour profile and significantly increasing the abundance of love hearts. I was pleased to learn that it was vegan and not tested on animals.

The flavour is great and the foaminess when brushing is a good consistency. I think the fresh breath hearts are a bit of a gimmick. It took about 3-4 uses to see any of the hearts and even then it’s only 1 or 2 per use. My 7 year old daughter thought they were great though.

It is also super minty, so much so that I can feel the mint lingering on my lips after burshing. All in all though, good toothpaste that cleans well!

The whole concept felt a bit gimmicky to me, but my partner had a different take. They thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of it all, but noted that there could be more breath hearts as they are fairly lacking. In conclusion, while I personally had some reservations, it's clear that there's an audience out there who will appreciate the unique twist it offers.

I like how much it suds up, it doesn’t just turn to water like some other toothpastes do. This means you need less of it as well which is great. It has a really nice flavour to it, it’s minty fresh but not too strong and makes my mouth and teeth feel very clean. The packaging is really cute but I thought by the packaging that it may have a different or fruity taste to it which it doesn’t. The colour of the toothpaste is a lovely touch, the hearts are cute but if you get too many it can be a bit overpowering as they do add more mintyness. My partner thought it was a kids toothpaste because of the hearts so that’s something to consider as well. Overall a good toothpaste, I might reach for it again for the taste but not because of the other components.

Colgate MaxFresh Breath Hearts was a fresh tasting toothpaste. The little hearts in the paste were a cute touch, but I didn’t find they really handed any freshness. Although I found the taste pleasing I didn’t notice any breath freshening benefit above what my regular Colgate toothpaste offered.

It is very gel-like in consistency which is different to usual toothpastes. The taste is fine, not over-powering and it does leave a nice taste in your mouth afterwards. However, it doesn't stand out compared with any other toothpastes I have tried, and the colouring and 'breath hearts' seem like a bit of a gimmick and unnecessary. Overall, doesn't do a bad job, but wouldn't choose it again off the shelf over any other toothpaste.

It's more a gel than paste and does not give a freshly cleaned mouth feel like regular Colgate fluoride toothpaste. The hearts also don't dissolve very well so I feel that it may just be for gimmicks. One thing I do like about it is that it doesn't leave a 'crunchy' feel in your mouth like regular Colgate toothpaste does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were more interested in this because of the small hearts but there were very few in the tube thus far. The toothpaste is just ok tasting. I noticed zero difference with the fresh hearts though as mentioned there were not many. I could see young girls going for this in a kids version but as an adult certainly not for me. Cannot see this product making it to shelf or if it does, lasting very long.
