It comes out in a nice creamy texture and lathers exceptionally well on the hair. I've found that you don't need much product at all. It feels very similar to the body wash however the reason why I'd only give it 4 stars is I did find it slightly drying on my babies hair. Otherwise package is similar to the body wash, I do prefer pump style but it did the job!

The formula is hydrating and it lathers well and leaves the hair feeling soft and clean. She did have a little irritation around her eyes when the shampoo run down her face, I think the formula could be more gentle for the littles ones. I also love that it’s free from harsh chemicals, making it a safe choice for babies. The subtle, fresh scent is a nice bonus. Overall, a great shampoo!

Washing their hair is a challenge for multiple reasons. At least this product the scent is pleasant and they like it too, and even though they get upset when it runs over the head/ears and/or face, it doesn't actually hurt. The scent is simply amazing – it's light and gentle, perfect for my little one. However, there is one small downside: the shampoo bottle doesn't have a pump. This makes it a bit tricky to use, especially when you're holding a slippery baby. It would be so much easier if it had a pump dispenser, as it's hard to turn the bottle upside down to squeeze the product out with one hand. Overall, it's a wonderful product, and I would highly recommend it, but a pump on the shampoo bottle would definitely make it more user-friendly.
